<p class="Abstrak">Kegiatan memindahkan benda berat secara manual menggunakan alat bantu dimaksudkan untuk memudahkan dan meringankan beban kerja tubuh manusia. Unit Produksi Pertenunan di Bengkel Teknik Pembuatan Kain SMK Negeri 3 Kota Pekalongan saat ini menggunakan kereta lalatan (Beam trolley) sebagai alat transportasi gulungan benang lusi (warp beam). Beam trolley yang ada sulit dikendalikan ketika didorong dan kurang nyaman saat digunakan bahkan dapat menyebabkan permukaan gulungan benang rusak atau kotor. Tujuan penelitian ini menghasilkan rancangan Beam trolley untuk pemindahan warp beam yang ergonomis, aman dan tidak menyebabkan turunnya kualitas gulungan benang. Metode perancangan menggunakan Ergonomic Function Deployment (EFD). Hasil penelitian menggunakan metode EFD berupa  prototype Beam trolley dengan spesifikasi sebagai berikut: (1) dimensi Beam trolley 190 cm x 60 cm yang disesuaikan dengan antropometri pengguna; (2) pegangan dengan jarak 155 cm, lebar  34 cm, diameter 4 cm dan tinggi 100 cm. Pegangan berfungsi sebagai penarik atau pendorong. Prototype Beam trolley dilengkapi empat roda dinamis untuk fleksibilitas arah gerakan yang dilengkapi pengunci roda dan  memiliki alat untuk mengangkat dan menurunkan beban.</p>

Attempts to achieve optimization of machine and equipment maintenance at manufacturing companies over the years have encountered a multitude of problems. Due to equipment losses such as setup and adjustment, minor stops and delays, defective products due to equipment, reduced engine speed, and reduced output has influenced their desire to reach world class manufacturing levels. This paper discusses a large part of the TPM approach in manufacturing companies and provides an overview of the various TPM implementation practices demonstrated by manufacturing companies in the world.. Based on review results of the 50 journals about TPM in industries It was found that most of the TPM implementations used the OEE parameter to see the success rate of implementing this TPM. This paper also highlights the variable approach that is most widely used by various practitioners and researchers and evaluates in detail the success factors of implementing TPM and the reasons behind the failure of implementing TPM are also discussed so as to ensure the implementation of TPM can run smoothly and effectively in manufacturing companies

<p class="Abstrak">Research on human resource development have been carried out. With the aim of can be used as parameters to create the development of quality human resources. This research aims to know the influence of opportunities on the assessment of the performance of employees. Opportunities under study is divided into three indicators, namely the environment, the rules and colleagues. Sampling technique in this study using a sampling of saturated. The technique of data analysis was conducted gradually, starting from the editing, coding, scoring and tabulation. In addition, using a likert scale developed by Ransis Likert. While for the development of research using statistical methods, it is necessary to qualify the classical assumption test before the test is conducted multiple linear regression. It aims to determine how much significance of significance testing. The results from the hypothesis t, there is on the value t<sub>count</sub> for the partial (sequential) starting from X<sub>1</sub> = 2,639, X<sub>2</sub> = 3,379 and X<sub>3</sub> = 2,210. In addition, the results of the hypothesis F, contained in the value of F<sub>count</sub> simultaneously (together) was 12,597. While the value of R Square (R<sup>2</sup>) of 0,282, if then the result of 28.2%. It can be concluded from the three independent variables affect the dependent variable by 28,2%.</p>

Pengendalian kualitas merupakan hal yang penting untuk mempertahankan posisi perusahaan di mata konsumen. Pada saat ini permasalahan yang terjadi pada perusahaan masih ada yang di luar dari ketentuan batas. Diketahui di atas angka persentase yang telah ditetapkan oleh perusahaan. Sehingga perusahaan segera melakukan perbaikan agar tidak terjadi waste/yang merugikan perusahaan. Dengan adanya pengendalian kualitas secara baik dan benar, maka akan diperoleh produk yang dapat memenuhi keinginan konsumen. Salah satu tools yang digunakan untuk membantu pengendalian kualitas adalah menggunakan metode Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA). Penggunaan FMEA mampu mengidentifikasi risiko kegagalan yang terjadi selama proses produksi di TL - 5<strong>.</strong> Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis moda kegagalan yang menyebabkan terjadi permasalahan dengan menggunakan metode FMEA. Dengan berdasarkan nilai Risk Priority Number (RPN). Selanjutnya emberikan usulan perbaikan untuk produksi selanjutnya. Berdasarkan pengolahan dengan metode FMEA dapat mengidentifikasi moda kegagalan yang terjadi. Dapat diketahui hasil dari penelitian, terdapat 7 moda kegagalan yang perlu diberikan usulan/tindakan.

Low productivity can be affected by several conditions like machine downtime, operator performance, inefficient capacity planning, etc. The most effective way to find out the solution to this problem is to calculate machine utilization. The purpose of this research is to optimize Rapid Granulator machines in the injection molding area by using Day in the Life Of (DILO) observation, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and capacity measurement. The research will analyze the suitable calculation metric to measure Rapid Granulator machines utilization by comparing machine capacity, planned run time, planned preventive maintenance, and the number of machines needed. In the last two years, the expected efficiency rate is always increasing up to 95% with the average of PT. MT Indonesia utilization rate of 85%. However, there are no standards or unified way to measure a machine’s utilization rate and due to the huge variety of machinery not all of them have the calculation metrics. Further observation shows that Rapid Granulator machines that located in the Injection Molding area of PT. MT Indonesia has never been calculated and the low utilization rate can be seen after a quick time study. A sample of 16 machines is measured with only 23% of utilization rate in one shift operation time. The result then shows that the improvement activities to reduce the number of machines from 105 to 24 will increase the utilization rate up to 87% with the OEE score increasing from 1.8% to 39%. Thus, PT. MT Indonesia can minimize cost as expected in the cost calculation and optimize Rapid Granulator machines usage.
