This research includes implementation, implications, supporting factors, obstacles to the implementation of Islamic Religious Education learning at Alkhairaat Toliba Middle School. The research used a qualitative approach based on field research, the research data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, analysis, reduction, presentation, and data levers. The results of the study found that: The implementation process of learning Islamic religious education at SMP Alkhairaat Toliba includes curriculum evaluation, evaluation process, the concept of KTSP, creating a religious culture as an implementation of the learning process. The implication of the learning process of Islamic Religious Education in increasing the religious understanding of students at Alkhairaat Junior High School in Toliba Village has a positive effect on increasing students' understanding above the standard of completeness of the Islamic Religious Education learning process. Supporting factors; the ability of teachers, provision of teaching aids / learning media, support for madrasah principals and staff. The inhibiting factors are: a picture of limited time to study Islamic Religious Education, difficulties in dealing with the character of students

Pembelajaran multikultural pada dasarnya adalah sistem pembelajaran yang dirancang untuk menciptakan masyarakat yang terinformasi dan terpelajar, bukan masyarakat umum yang menghindari faktor sosial dan budaya yang ada. Pesantren sebagai organisasi pendidikan yang memiliki sisi alternatif dalam menyelesaikan siklus pembelajarannya, yang terletak pada kerangka kerja yang dijalankan antara lain mempersepsikan keberagaman (majemuk, menghargai kesetaraan/keseimbangan, menciptakan ketahanan, dan menghargai kualitas kemanusiaan. Model yang diterapkan pesantren dalam pembelajaran multikultural antar siswa variatif. Pemikiran dan pengalaman seorang kyai tentang Islam yang komprehensif, moderat, berpikiran terbuka, dan bersahabat telah membawa pesantren dan dan pengikutnya menjadi Islam yang rahmatan lil'alamin, bukan Islam yang radikal dan tidak terikat terhadap penganut agama yang berbeda dan kebudayaan yang  telah ada. kehidupan yang tercipta di sekitar pesantren. Pengajaran multikultural tidak secara eksplisit diberikan sebagai mata pelajaran atau studi kajian secara spesifik, namun melalui berbagai kesempatan dan latihan dalam pesantren.

Tugas dan tanggung jawab guru dan dosen dituntut untuk mempunyai kemampuan atau kompetensi yang memadai, baik kompetensi personal, kompetensi sosial, kompetensi kepribadian serta sebuah kompetensi professional.  Pelaksanaan tugas dan tanggung jawab guru dan dosen tersebut senantiasa perlu dikontrol dan dikembangkan sedemikian rupa sehingga lebih optimal dan relevan dengan kebutuhan yang ada. Di  dalam  penyelenggaraan  pendidikan  di  lembaga  pendidikan  tinggi, dosen mempunyai kedudukan yang sangat penting dan strategis dalam kerangka pencapaian tujuan pendidikan yang ditetapkan. Dosen mempunyai otoritas yang cukup besar dalam mengelola pendidikan dan perkuliahan, mulai dari penyusunan rencana perkuliahan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi serta tindak lanjutnya. Di samping dalam tugas pada bidang  pendidikan  dan  pembelajaran,  dosen  juga  mempunyai  tugas lainnya yaitu melaksanakan kegiatan penelitian, dan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis, melalui model pembelajaran Knisley berbantuan media jing-jing bar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan di kelas V SDN 01 Bakalan Krapyak Kecamatan Kaliwungu Kabupaten Kudus semester II tahun pelajaran 2019/2020. Metode penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari 2 siklus masing-masing siklus terdiri dari 4 tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis melalui Model Pembelajaran Knisley berbantuan media jing-jing bar mengalami peningkatan sebesar 50,13 dari kondisi awal 31,67 menjadi 81,8 pada kondisi akhir.

This study aims to determine the criteria for errors made by students at SDN 7 Sindue in solving story problems on fraction operations based on Watson's theory. The research subjects consisted of 3 students, each of whom had high, medium, and low abilities according to the ranking obtained. Based on the results of research conducted, the criteria for errors that are mostly carried out by students based on Watson's theory are error type Id (incorrect data), Ip (incorrect procedure), Od (missing data), Oc (missing conclusion), Rlc (level conflict response), Um (Indirect manipulation), Shp (Skills hierarchy). And the most common mistakes made by subjects 1, 2, and 3 are IP (Inappropriate Procedure), and RLC (Response Level Conflict) errors.

Diversi merupakan salah satu sistem penyelesaian tindak pidana anak, yang dilakukan di luar pengadilan pidana. Sistem Peradilan Pidana Anak, merupakan lex spesialis dan satu-satunya sistem dalam hukum pidana yang menggunakan sistem diversi. Keterlibatan banyak pihak menjadi salah satu keunikan sistem ini, serupa namun tak sama, begitulah perbandingan antara sistem diversi dengan mediasi. Keterlibatan beberapa pihak inilah menjadi ciri pembeda antara diversi dengan mediasi, bila mediasi hanya melibatkan pihak-pihak yang berkonflik, diversi melibatkan bukan hanya pihak yang berkonflik namun juga melibatkan pihak lain seperti tokoh masyarakat, orang tua (anak pelaku tindak pidana), tokoh agama, guru dan aparat penegak hukum. Namun dari semua pihak yang terlibat, guru dianggap salah satu pihak yang memiliki peran besar. Sebab guru sebagai pengganti orang tua, memiliki waktu bersama anak lebih banyak dibandingkan dengan pihak-pihak lainnya. Olehnya  dalam penelitian ini mengangkat isu tentang bagaimana peran guru dalam proses diversi tindak pidana tindak pidana anak? Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui sejauh mana peran seorang guru sebagai tenaga pendidik dalam penyelesaian perkara pidana melalui sistem diversi. Adapun metode penelitian dengan menggunakan sistem social jurosprudence. Dan kesimpulan pada penelitian ini, bahwa peran guru terhadap pelaksanaan diversi pada tindak pidana anak sangatlah dibutuhkan, sebab guru mampu melakukan pendekatan dengan menggunakan  psikologi pendidikan melalui  konteks kepribadian, intelektual, maupun emosi kejiwaan anak guna mengarahkan anak menjadi pribadi intelektual masa depan. Oleh sebab itu, undang-undang memberikan ruang terhadap guru hadir dan berperan pada proses diversi tindak pidana anak.  Kata Kunci : Guru, Diversi, Tindak Pidana dan Anak

The 2013 curriculum in Arabic subjects is same as the demands of learning procedures for other subjects that require teacher responsibility and competence in implementing creatively and innovatively. The ideality of learning in the 2013 Curriculum in fact has not been realized as it should be because it is related to aspects of teacher competence. Pedagogic competence, as one of the aspects of competence that is absolutely inherent in teachers, is still found in the field to be insufficient for teachers, including Arabic teachers at MTs. Negeri Palu, especially in the sub-competency ability to design and develop learning plans according to the 2013 Curriculum standards and the demands of strengthening literacy, Higher of Thingking Skills (HoTS) and 4C. The Problem to the implementation and application of teacher pedagogical competences are grouped into two categories, namely: internal constraints and external constraints so that serious and strategic efforts are needed to overcome the weaknesses of teacher competence in learning

The fraction number is a subset of the set of real numbers. Although simple and often used, this material is still quite complicated for students. To solve this problem, a solution is given in the form of the game method "Uno Mathematics". "Uno Mathematics" is an effective, interesting, and interactive way to present students to build and strengthen mastery and understanding of mathematical concepts in the long term. The steps for the game method "Uno Mathematics", namely: (1) reviewing the number of game cards as much as 48 pieces, (2) explaining the "Uno Math" game procedure and the rules of lowering the cards, (3) grouping students in groups, (4 ) give a set of “Uno Mathematics” cards to each group, (5) remind students, and (6) start the game.

This type of research is ex-post facto which is causal. The population in this study were all students of class X at Alkhairaat High School 1 Palu. The population in this study was less than 100, namely 52 students. By this, the researcher did not conduct sampling in this study, so this study was a population research. The research variables included self-efficacy (X1), self-regulation (X2), namely as independent variables and mathematics learning outcomes (Y) as the dependent variable. Data collection techniques using documentation, tests and questionnaires. The prerequisite test shows that the data in this study are normally distributed, so hypothesis testing uses multiple regression analysis through the SPSS 23 application. The results of this study indicate that: 1) the level of self-efficacy of students is 71 in the medium category. 2) the level of self-regulation of students is 141 in the medium category. 3) the level of mathematics learning outcomes of students is 63 in the medium category. 4) significant value of self-efficacy of 0,000 <0,05 and a regression coefficient of 0,446 with a positive value, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted meaning self-efficacy has a positive effect on mathematics learning outcomes. 4) significant value of self-regulation of 0,000 <0,05 and has a regression coefficient value of 0,264 with a positive value, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted meaning self regulation has a positive effect on the learning outcomes of mathematics. 5) R Square coefficient or coefficient of determination shows that the percentage contribution of the influence of independent variables is 58.5%. This shows that self-efficacy and self-regulation influence the mathematics learning outcomes by 58.5% and the other 41.5% are influenced by variables outside of self-efficacy and regulation

Fractions are a subset of a set of real numbers. Although the form is simple and often used in everyday, but the material about fractions especially in the addition of fraction numbers is still complicated for students. To overcome this problem, a solution is given in the form of the method of " Mathematical Mental Wars ". Mathematical Mental Wars is the presentation of a fast, interesting, and interactive way for students to practice problems with variables, equations, and answers. The steps of the method of " Mental Wars Mathematics ", namely: (1) reviewing game cards, (2) reviewing traditional war card games and explaining the rules and procedures, (3) grouping students in pairs, (4) providing each pair with The set of fractional cards to be shared equally, (5) reminds students not to open cards until the game starts and (6) starts the game.
