This study aimed to examine the impact of transformational leadership practices of educational supervisors on the sustainable professional development of mathematics teachers in the Sultanate of Oman. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive approach was adopted. The study’s sample were 261 mathematics teachers. The researchers used the supervisors' practice of transformational leadership scale, and the researcher's sustainable professional development scale. The validity of the content of the two scales was measured through the validity of the terms and sampling validity. The reliability of internal consistency was also measured by the Alpha Cronbach. To ensure the factorial structure of the two scales, the researchers conducted a confirmatory factor analysis of the assumed model for each scale, and for the hypothetical model, and the results showed obtaining two models that match the current study data to large extent. The researchers used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), where the results showed a positive and significant impact of transformational leadership practices for educational supervisors on the sustainable professional development of mathematics teachers in planning, curriculum, evaluation, professional development, and teaching methods.   Received: 13 September 2021 / Accepted: 24 November 2021 / Published: 3 January 2022

Aim: A cross-sectional design (analytic) was adopted for the study and the aim of this study was to discover whether the curriculum is fulfilling its purpose and whether students are actually learning. Background: According to the history of education, the term ‘curriculum’ was originally related to the concept of a course of studies followed by a pupil in a teaching institution. Curriculum is a set of specific knowledge, skills and activities for students and it may be defined as planned activities to foster teachers' teaching and student's learning1. The term curriculum refers to the lessons and academic content taught in a school or in a specific course or program. Curriculum evaluation is an essential phase of curriculum development. Through evaluation a faculty discovers whether a curriculum is fulfilling its purpose and whether students are actually learning. Curriculum evaluation is crucial to measuring curriculum effectiveness in any educational setting2. Methods: A cross-sectional design (analytic) was adopted for the study. Eighty two graduates were selected by total enumerative sampling technique. Results: The data was analyzed using descriptive statistics. The various categories of the curriculum evaluation tool were summarized using frequency and percentage, separately for B.Sc and PB.BSc graduates. Conclusion: Out of six areas evaluated, 100% satisfaction was ensured in all areas except in assessment of organization of teacher’s materials, which concluded that 20% of graduates asked for improvement in special facilities and equipments for the curriculum updation.

They are still the tutor superintendent that is important for carrying out excellence school goals through equal opportunity with all colleagues (lecturers and parent of scholars) including curriculum implementation. Through a multi-coated qualitative approach, this study aims to describe this curriculum-coordination form by them before and when Covid-19. Instrument and data collecting of this study used survey and interviews. Our findings (pre Covid-19) indicate that: 1) preparation, evaluation, curriculum, and coordination with parents are done in the early semester (ES) and early of the New School Year Academic (ENS), 2) curriculum-evaluation and coordination with parents are done in the middle semester (MS). This activity produces curriculum documents and student learning outcomes. Meanwhile, these activities (Covid-19 phases) are: 1) evaluation data and learning agenda with a parent carried out at early time (ET) and Middle Time (MT), 2) Monitor Student Learning Progress and Prepare Learning-Material is done in the ET, MT, and Last Time (LT) about learning is done from home. The Coordination model is mostly done by teachers and parents through information tools and party interviews by the lecturer. That is has been worked out of the before and when COVID-19 showed up a perfect teamwork between the principal and stakeholders. Another significant factor is the unity of student learning, although the proceeds are exactly unique between the two phases.

This study aimed to determine whether the Illuminative Evaluation Model, with its three-stage framework: Investigate, Inquire Further, and Explain, can be used as a methodology in understanding the influences of the hidden curriculum on the character development of preschool students. In Stage 1 Investigate, document analysis, observations, and interviews were conducted to examine the characteristics which were targeted to be developed through the formal curriculum, and the deviations and unintended outcomes that occurred during implementation. In Stage 2 Inquire Further, surveys, structured observations, and focus-group discussions were conducted to progressively focus on selected issues. In Stage 3 Explain, principles and patterns were organized to describe the hidden curriculum. In conclusion, the Illuminative Evaluation Model was found to be effective as a tool in determining the influences of a hidden curriculum on students’ character development. Keywords: curriculum evaluation, Illuminative Evaluation Model, hidden curriculum, qualitative evaluation, character development

There are many hoaxes related to COVID-19 as shown in a pre-survey at the       Citizens Association (RW) 69 Mitra Griya Asri (MGA Housing) Yogyakarta Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK) members, causing members of the WhatsApp group to feel uncomfortable and anxious. The purpose of this study was to evaluate three main aspects in the digital literacy communication model of Tular Nalar curriculum in RW 69 Mitra Griya Asri PKK members. This study used a qualitative evaluation research method with the following steps: 1) determining program objectives, 2) classifying objectives, 3) defining structured questions, 4) collecting data through simulation and interviews, and 5) documentation. Based on the results, RW 69 Mitra Griya Asri PKK members have understood digital literacy in the aspects of Tahu (Know), being Tanggap (responsive), and being Tangguh (resilient) in using digital media. Participants had eight (8) Tular Nalar digital literacy competencies, namely accessing information, managing information, designing messages, processing information, sharing messages, building self-resilience, protecting personal data, and collaboration. This study contributed to the form of Tular Reason curriculum evaluation as a new regulation in the socialization of digital literacy. This study also provides theoretical implications in the form of applying Gilster's Digital Literacy Theory by adding critical thinking specs, namely Tahu, being Tanggap, and being Tangguh in digital literacy
