The tight competition between schools in the era of globalization today, requires that the school Ivory Serpong Sower SDK to do the marketing strategy as attractive as possible, in order to enhance the new prospective learner interests as well as improve the quality of and professionalism in the management of the school. It is a promotional effort is used to market products or services to the public, so that they are more familiar with or know the product or service being marketed. Current media information and promotions that use the SDK Sower Ivory Serpong still be printed in the form of banners, brochures and more, so there are still many who have not yet learned about SDK Sower Gading Serpong. The purpose of this research is to inform and promote school SDK Sower Ivory Serpong. Based on a needs analysis is required of media promotion in the form of a video profile, to support information and promotion more attractive and effective by using the software Adobe Premier and Adobe Photoshop. Research methods used namely collecting data through observation, interviews and literature studies, Media Production and concept i.e. preproduction, production and postproduction. Through the design of Video media Profile of this SDK Sower Ivory Serpong can better known to many people and attracting parents to enroll his son in schools � SDK Sower Ivory Serpong

OBJECTIVETo increase the number of independent National Institutes of Health (NIH)–funded neurosurgeons and to enhance neurosurgery research, the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS) developed two national comprehensive programs (R25 [established 2009] for residents/fellows and K12 [2013] for early-career neurosurgical faculty) in consultation with neurosurgical leaders and academic departments to support in-training and early-career neurosurgeons. The authors assessed the effectiveness of these NINDS-initiated programs to increase the number of independent NIH-funded neurosurgeon-scientists and grow NIH neurosurgery research funding.METHODSNIH funding data for faculty and clinical department funding were derived from the NIH, academic departments, and Blue Ridge Institute of Medical Research databases from 2006 to 2019.RESULTSBetween 2009 and 2019, the NINDS R25 funded 87 neurosurgical residents. Fifty-three (61%) have completed the award and training, and 39 (74%) are in academic practice. Compared to neurosurgeons who did not receive R25 funding, R25 awardees were twice as successful (64% vs 31%) in obtaining K-series awards and received the K-series award in a significantly shorter period of time after training (25.2 ± 10.1 months vs 53.9 ± 23.0 months; p < 0.004). Between 2013 and 2019, the NINDS K12 has supported 19 neurosurgeons. Thirteen (68%) have finished their K12 support and all (100%) have applied for federal funding. Eleven (85%) have obtained major individual NIH grant support. Since the establishment of these two programs, the number of unique neurosurgeons supported by either individual (R01 or DP-series) or collaborative (U- or P-series) NIH grants increased from 36 to 82 (a 2.3-fold increase). Overall, NIH funding to clinical neurological surgery departments between 2006 and 2019 increased from $66.9 million to $157.3 million (a 2.2-fold increase).CONCLUSIONSTargeted research education and career development programs initiated by the NINDS led to a rapid and dramatic increase in the number of NIH-funded neurosurgeon-scientists and total NIH neurosurgery department funding.

The importance of the equipment support had been recognized in the modern warfare and the dynamic network is an important characteristic of equipment support. Firstly, the dynamic reasons of the equipment support information network were analyzed. Then the dynamic behavior models were built and all dynamic behaviors were sorted generalized to four kinds of models. Meanwhile, a simulation instance was given, which had shown the dynamic behavior function had eye-catching effect to network statistics parameters changed, and the dynamic behavior importance for the equipment support information network was validated.

Introduction: Stroke remains a leading cause of death and disability. The reliance on the occurrence of symptoms and degree of stenosis for selecting patients with carotid stenosis for intervention is not ideal because it is often seen that patients with severe stenosis remain asymptomatic while many patients with moderate stenosis experience stroke. Furthermore, the majority of patients are asymptomatic until they experience stroke. It is known that intimal neovascularization flourishes as atherosclerotic disease progresses; however no technique in current use adequately correlates neovascularization to stroke risk. Objective: With seed grant support from the Society for Vascular Surgery Foundation we are executing a study based on our hypothesis that Vasovasorum Volume (VVV) measured using CE-3DCDU as a valid tool for mapping stroke risk. Method: We are recruiting symptomatic and asymptomatic patients adjudged to have >50% and >70% stenosis respectively on routine duplex ultrasound. Vasovasorum volume is measured using CE-3DCDU in patients who are eligible for carotid endarterectomy. Plaque removed during surgery is marked, decalcified and immunostained with CD34. Thereafter, VVV is measured in the excised plaque using 3D reconstruction histometry. We then evaluate the reliability and accuracy of CE-3DCDU in relation to the histopathology and compare VVV in symptomatic and asymptomatic patients. Results: The preliminary study included six patients and the results show that VVV measurement in carotid ultrasound and histopathology is feasible and reproducible (Figures 1 and 2). Conclusion: Vasovasorum volume is a promising predictor of stroke risk. By identifying patients who are truly at high risk for stroke, VVV measured by CE-3DCDU will aid precise patient selection for intervention, thus prevent stroke, save lives, limit disability and expend health care resources in an informed manner. The next phase of this project involves the establishment of efficacy and a population based multi-center clinical trial to generate evidence required to incorporate VVV measured using CE-3DCDU into clinical practice.
