Abstrak—Administrative administration is an organizational subsystem, in this case the school organization. Its main activity is taking care of all forms of school administration, from correspondence to inventory of goods. When viewed from the above understanding, the administration does not only involve correspondence activities but also involves all material information and information in the form of documents. Abstract:Administration consists of two words, namely "Tata" and "Usaha", each of which has more or less the following understanding. Tata is a rule that must be obeyed, and Business is an effort by exerting energy, thoughts to achieve a purpose. So according to the meaning of the word, Administration is a rule or regulation contained in a work implementation process. This introductory chapter provides the context of India’s “land wars” and growing global interest in “land grabs.” It then details and critiques the three main theories of the relationship between dispossession and capitalism, which it calls the modernization, proletarian redemption, and predatory theories of dispossession. After documenting the shortcoming of each, it argues that dispossession is a social relation of coercive redistribution that it is organized into socially and historically specific regimes. The key to a comparative sociology of dispossession is to examine how distinct regimes of dispossession interact with diverse agrarian milieux. The book studies the interaction between India’s neoliberal regime of dispossession and the agrarian milieu of “Rajpura,” and argues that the result is dispossession without development. After explaining the book’s methodology and fieldsite, the chapter concludes with an overview of the book.

The Norwegian National Curriculum in 1997 introduced four subject curricula for deaf students as part of new legislation giving deaf students who have acquired sign language as their first language the right to instruction in the use of sign language and through the medium of sign language. A few years later, new hearing technologies contributed to substantial changes in the educational context. This situation has challenged the school system, schools, and teachers. The chapter is organized in three sections. First, the educational system and the process leading to the introduction of new legislation is presented. The second section deals with information about the use of curricula for deaf students. The last section discusses issues of students’ achievements, classroom processes, and national policies.
