This report shows the outcome by applying large scale data mining techniques on the Finnish roads. From the research study it is very difficult task to perform because the collected data have uncertainty, incomplete and error values. So the data exploration is a challenging task. The data used in the process have been collected from Finnish road administration data sets. The data used in the process have been collected from Finnish road administration data sets. The main target of our project is to look into practicability of Robust clustering, to find the associations and repeated item sets and applying apprehend methods for the analysis of road accidents. While the results display the selected mining techniques and methods were capable to the understandable patterns. To calculate the accident frequency count as a parameter /c-means algorithm is used to cluster the locations. To characterize the surface conditions association rule mining is used. data mining skills disclosed different environmental reasons associated with road accidents. Intersection on highways have been identified as a dangerous for fatal accidents.

During the traditional traffic accident handling, the position information of vehicle and pedestrian is only considered and the information of pedestrian injury is often neglected. In order to improve the reliability of pedestrian-vehicle accident detection, this paper proposes a car accident detection method based on integrated information of vehicle position and pedestrian injury. According to a real vehicle-pedestrian accident, it is proved the proposed method is more effective on accident detection than traditional method.

As we know automobile industry is currently booming in india due to which number of vehicle also increasing day by day. In financial year 2019 approx 4.4 million cars were sold in indiadue to rise in number of vehicles rate of accident is also increasing. In year 2018 almost 1.5 lakhs lives were lost due to car accident. In our country many people still hesitate in helping a road accident victim because of legal formalities due to which many people loose there lifes. This projectwill help in detecting the accident and calling the medical assistance as soon as possiblewiththe helpof different sensorsandArduino uno.The aim of this project is to provide for the necessary aid to the victim and inform and report the accident in the least possible time by using IOT and sensors

With an increase in population, there is an increase in the number of accidents that happen every minute. These road accidents are unpredictable. There are situations where most of the accidents could not be reported properly to nearby ambulances on time. In most of the cases, there is the unavailability of emergency services which lack in providing the first aid and timely service which can lead to loss of life by some minutes. Hence, there is a need to develop a system that caters to all these problems and can effectively function to overcome the delay time caused by the medical vehicles. The purpose of this paper is to introduce a framework using IoT, which helps in detecting car accidents and notifying them immediately. This can be achieved by integrating smart sensors with a microcontroller within the car that can trigger at the time of an accident. The other modules like GPS and GSM are integrated with the system to obtain the location coordinates of the accidents and sending it to registered numbers and nearby ambulance to notify them about the accident to obtain immediate help at the location.
