Integration of Strategic Intelligence with corporate strategic management is becoming of vital importance for modern and flexible organizations in the last few years. The main achievement of this integration is to help decision makers to systemically implement their corporate strategies, adapt easily to changes in the environment, and gain competitive advantages. This manuscript per the authors will extend the studies in this domain, and clarify the relationships between Business Intelligence, Competitive Intelligence with Strategic Intelligence. It will also explain the impact of Business Intelligence on Corporate Performance Management, Operational Business Process, Competitive Intelligence, and Strategic Intelligence. Finally, it will explain the new proposed framework BSC-SI that can facilitate the integration of Strategic Intelligence with Balanced Scorecard methodology.

The sustainability and responsibility of corporate strategic management has become an important issue in recent years, not only against the background of the current financial and economic crisis. Companies are expected not only to succeed economically, but also ecologically and socially. Companies can use the issue of corporate responsibility to capture new markets and opportunities. But new requirements arise. Thus, stakeholders may exert pressure on companies to assume social responsibility, whereas executives shall lead by example. This paper tries to assess possiblities to meet stakeholder expectations towards companies by implementing corporate social responsibility concepts. We identify primary and secondary stakeholders of companies by using salience theory and try to give conceptual answers how the well-known concept of Caroll‟s corporate social responsibility pyramid my help to improve the current situation and to take top management and supervisory boards into account to establish a change of focus on corporate social responsibility not just as a hot topic.

Corporate strategic management is an important management mode that affects the development of an enterprise. It plays a very important role in the development of corporate strategic management. Social development has entered the era of big data, which makes enterprises face more opportunities and challenges in formulating strategies and operating management. In order to enable enterprises to adapt to the development of the times and obtain healthy and sound development results. This article analyzes and summarizes the new characteristics of enterprise management in the context of big data, and applies big data analysis technology to the environmental analysis of enterprises, and points out the problems of strategic management of enterprises in the context of big data. This article aims at the current problems and proposes specific strategies after in-depth research, which provides a reference basis for strategic management of enterprises in the era of big data. It has certain practical significance and can help Chinese enterprises quickly adapt to the new environment.
