Based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, The model of bridge health evaluation is established using the quantification relations between the bridge technical state evaluation grade and degree of membership function of bridge health evaluation, making use of the computed result of various index of degree of membership value and weight, obtains all levels of fuzzy evaluation collection. According to the maximum membership principles to evaluate the technical state grade of bridge structure the corresponding level, and with its result to instruct the decision-making of bridge maintenance and strengthening.

The knowledge of the dynamic state and structure of the system allows to describe its behavior, and allows creating prognosis models of the system behavior in the function of dynamic evolution time, based on the model of the technical state symptoms growth. Most often, however, there are no known equations describing behaviors of the system in the function of dynamic evolution time, which accounts for the need to apply new tools to examine the dynamic state. There is, therefore, the requirement to experimentally verify analytical technical models as the proper one is a model which is verified in practice. An experiment is, therefore, often only an inspiration for further researches leading to the optimization of the construction. In this work presented are chosen problems of machines’ technical state diagnosis with the use of identification and technical diagnostics methods. Relations between methods of dynamic state evaluation and methods of technical state evaluation were indicated. Example modal analysis results illustrate the complexity of projecting dynamic state researches into diagnostic researches of machine state evaluation.

Spillway concrete gravity dams are exposed by loads and environment causing deterioration process. The article presents the concrete structure deteriorations, defects and technical state evaluation results of 34 Lithuanian spillway concrete gravity dams performed in 2006–2018. The typical deteriorations are: in piers’– crumbled protective layer of concrete, its corrosion, reinforcement corrosion, cracks in concrete, chipped edges; in spillway constructions’– concrete corrosion, bio–corrosion, concrete corrosion caused by cavitation; in outflow constructions – concrete corrosion, bigger cracks and deformations. According to results of technical state research, it was found that only 3% (1 SCGD) dams are in good technical state, 27% (9 SCGD) – moderate, 47% (16 SCGD) – satisfactory, 12% (4 SCGD) – unsatisfactory and 12% (4 SCGD) – in critical state.

The most important processes which take place in a technical system are the operation and service processes. Knowing the actual technical state of the system, it is possible to make a decision whether the system can operate or should be serviced. The efficiency of the system operation and the possibility of the failure occurrence strongly depend on the relevancy of this decision. The technical state of the system is described by the system features affected by the time histories of its operational parameters. Unfortunately, the amount of the operational parameters can be significant. Therefore, it becomes purposeful to identify the operational parameters significant from the system technical state evaluation point of view. In the article, the universal method of the significant operational parameters identification and the research carried out in a real industrial system to verify its correctness and the accuracy are presented.
