The empowerment of village community health is crucial to improve, one of which is by increasing family-based human resources. The ability to recognize the condition of the family's health status at an early stage can speed up the process of assisting health services based on the problems at hand, which can be accelerated with the Independent Family Health Evaluation (IFHE) application system. The dissemination of IFHE was carried out on August 9, 2021 in Tutul Healthy Village task force group, attended by 47 participants from the Community Association (RW) and Posyandu using the direct practice method. Later on, this group continued to disseminate information to the community through trial 1 and trial 2, each of which was held on 11-13 August 2021 for 400 families. From the dissemination program resulted that 319 families had no health risks, 64 families had a low risk, 10 families had a moderate risk and 7 families had a high risk. The IFHE application is very beneficial in quickly identifying the family health status. It is recommended that families routinely report their family's health status through the IFHE, so that the healthcare workers can use the information in making decisions to improve public health

Globally, it is widely accepted that the physical health of the young generation is continuously declining which remained unnoticed in many countries including China. Therefore, it is very important to scientifically investigate the evaluation index system and effectively interrogate the current health position of the young generation especially students. The results regarding health issues will be further investigated in terms of finding the optimal solutions for improving the status quo. Considering adolescent physical health evaluation indicators of Chinese students, this paper introduces the new era of adolescent physical health evaluation which should focus on “health quality indicators” for analyzing the objectivity and applicability of the indicators through testing and research methods. The method of simulation experiment research is used to demonstrate the scientificity and validity of the index. The optimization of the physical health evaluation indicators of adolescent students helps in assessing the health quality of adolescents, scientifically and accurately. In addition, it can effectively improve the physical health problems faced by adolescents. The proposed model achieves the evaluation indicators of adolescent health quality, collects physical health information and exercise data of adolescent students in a certain area of the northwest through big data, and conducts research as the research object. Furthermore, through the collation and analysis of the correlation data of the aerobic capacity evaluation indicators, the results show that the mid-run test value currently used in China is negatively correlated with the relative value of the measured maximum oxygen uptake on the treadmill.

Abstract Background This study is a substudy of a prospective consecutive double-blinded randomized study on the effect of prostacyclin in severe traumatic brain injury (sTBI). The aims of the present study were to investigate whether there was a correlation between brain and subcutaneous glycerol levels and whether the ratio of interstitial glycerol in the brain and subcutaneous tissue (glycerolbrain/sc) was associated with tissue damage in the brain, measured by using the Rotterdam score, S-100B, neuron-specific enolase (NSE), the Injury Severity Score (ISS), the Acute Physiology and Chronic Health Evaluation Score (APACHE II), and trauma type. A potential association with clinical outcome was explored. Methods Patients with sTBI aged 15–70 years presenting with a Glasgow Coma Scale Score ≤ 8 were included. Brain and subcutaneous adipose tissue glycerol levels were measured through microdialysis in 48 patients, of whom 42 had complete data for analysis. Brain tissue damage was also evaluated by using the Rotterdam classification of brain computed tomography scans and the biochemical biomarkers S-100B and NSE. Results In 60% of the patients, a positive relationship in glycerolbrain/sc was observed. Patients with a positive correlation of glycerolbrain/sc had slightly higher brain glycerol levels compared with the group with a negative correlation. There was no significant association between the computed tomography Rotterdam score and glycerolbrain/sc. S-100B and NSE were associated with the profile of glycerolbrain/sc. Our results cannot be explained by the general severity of the trauma as measured by using the Injury Severity Score or Acute Physiology and Chronic Health Evaluation Score. Conclusions We have shown that peripheral glycerol may flux into the brain. This effect is associated with worse brain tissue damage. This flux complicates the interpretation of brain interstitial glycerol levels. We remind the clinicians that a damaged blood–brain barrier, as seen in sTBI, may alter the concentrations of various substances, including glycerol in the brain. Awareness of this is important in the interpretation of the data bedside as well in research.

Objective: This article identifies and provides the reader with the basis for evaluating the innovations proposed in healthcare organizations and highlights determinants to consider when implementing them. Bibliographic review: There is no complete, exhaustive, and absolute definition of health evaluation. Several evaluative approaches and tools were identified. They can be adapted and used according to the evaluator's evaluative objectives, paradigms, and theoretical influences. Moreover, essential concepts regarding the implementation of innovations were considered and synthesized, allowing the reader to understand the complexity of this phase and its impact on the success of innovations. Final considerations: Although the evaluative field is broad and has several distinct concepts, this article presents a synthesis of concepts that would support decision-makers in evaluating their organization's innovation process. Furthermore, the present paper enables a better understanding of the risks of success or failure of interventions (or innovation) from a comprehensive perspective of the critical determinants in the implementation phase.

The safe and stable operation of roadheader is of great significance to the efficient and rapid production of a coal mine. Health diagnosis based on vibration signals has been studied in bearings and motors. Complex geological conditions and bad working environment lead to the characteristics of nonlinear and time-varying vibration signals of a roadheader. In this paper, a health state analysis method based on reference manifold (RM) learning and improved K-means clustering analysis was proposed; the method was verified by using the real-time collected roadheader cutting reducer fault signal. Firstly, the comparison signal and analysis signal were extracted from the actual collected vibration data of the roadheader, and the referential analysis samples were constructed through time domain and wavelet packet energy analysis. Then, the characteristic structure of the low-dimensional space of the referential analysis samples is obtained by Locally Linear Embedding (LLE), which is a method of manifold learning. Through the improved K-means clustering analysis method, the low-dimensional structure parameters were analyzed and the clustering effect index was obtained, which was used as the health evaluation index (HEI). Finally, the normal distribution model of the health evaluation index is established, and the confidence interval of the health evaluation index is determined, so as to realize the health state analysis of the roadheader and realize the fault warning function. Through the analysis of data of three sensors, the results show that the roadheader failed on the 15th day, which is consistent with the actual working condition. Through practical analysis, the effectiveness of the method was verified and provided a kind of fault analysis idea and method for equipment working under complex working conditions and the theoretical basis for fault type analysis.

The construction of ecological irrigation districts is of great significance to protect the Yellow River ecology and achieve sustainable development of the local ecological economy. Taking the ecological irrigation district of Helan County as the study area, a health evaluation index system of the irrigation district was established, including three primary indexes of ecological environment, modernization level, and agricultural production and benefit, and 20 secondary indexes. Then, the Topsis method, entropy weight evaluation method, fuzzy pattern recognition model, and variable fuzzy model were used to evaluate the health of the Helan ecological irrigation district. In order to avoid the one-sidedness of the evaluation results of a single evaluation method, a combined evaluation method named deviation maximization combined evaluation method was used to combine each single evaluation result. The evaluation results by the combined evaluation method showed the following: (1) The ecological health of Helan irrigation district had a trend of becoming better from 2007 to 2016. (2) The grey correlation analysis showed that the soil salt content, groundwater depth, canal lining rate, ratio of efficient water-saving irrigation area, information level of the irrigation district, water productivity, agricultural unilateral aquatic output value, irrigation water consumption per mu, and coefficient of effective utilization of farmland irrigation water were closely related to the evaluation results. (3) In order to effectively improve the ecological health of Helan irrigation districts, it is necessary to reduce soil salt content and groundwater salinity, increase canal linings, promote water-saving irrigation measures, and agricultural information construction, etc.
