The knowledge of the dynamic state and structure of system allows describing its behavior and allows creating prognosis models of the system behavior in the function of dynamic evolution time, based on the model of the technical state symptoms growth. Most often, there are no known equations describing behaviors of the system in the function of dynamic evolution time, which accounts for the need to apply new tools to examine the dynamic state. In this article authors shows chosen problems of technical state diagnosis with the use of identification and technical diagnostics methods such as experimental modal analysis. Relations between methods of dynamic state evaluation and methods of technical state evaluation were indicated. Example modal analysis results illustrate the complexity of projecting dynamic state researches into diagnostic researches of state evaluation.

The knowledge of the dynamic state and structure of the system allows to describe its behavior, and allows creating prognosis models of the system behavior in the function of dynamic evolution time, based on the model of the technical state symptoms growth. Most often, however, there are no known equations describing behaviors of the system in the function of dynamic evolution time, which accounts for the need to apply new tools to examine the dynamic state. There is, therefore, the requirement to experimentally verify analytical technical models as the proper one is a model which is verified in practice. An experiment is, therefore, often only an inspiration for further researches leading to the optimization of the construction. In this work presented are chosen problems of machines’ technical state diagnosis with the use of identification and technical diagnostics methods. Relations between methods of dynamic state evaluation and methods of technical state evaluation were indicated. Example modal analysis results illustrate the complexity of projecting dynamic state researches into diagnostic researches of machine state evaluation.

The paper presents the possibilities of using vibroacoustic methods in the study of the technical condition of designed multimedia mobile scenes. In particular, the possibility of implementing modal analysis methods in modelling and diagnostic research process has been presented. The use of virtual methods enables diagnostic tests both at the design stage and at the stage of normal operation, whereas modal methods help to explain the nature of the work of the element under investigation.

Based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, The model of bridge health evaluation is established using the quantification relations between the bridge technical state evaluation grade and degree of membership function of bridge health evaluation, making use of the computed result of various index of degree of membership value and weight, obtains all levels of fuzzy evaluation collection. According to the maximum membership principles to evaluate the technical state grade of bridge structure the corresponding level, and with its result to instruct the decision-making of bridge maintenance and strengthening.

Spillway concrete gravity dams are exposed by loads and environment causing deterioration process. The article presents the concrete structure deteriorations, defects and technical state evaluation results of 34 Lithuanian spillway concrete gravity dams performed in 2006–2018. The typical deteriorations are: in piers’– crumbled protective layer of concrete, its corrosion, reinforcement corrosion, cracks in concrete, chipped edges; in spillway constructions’– concrete corrosion, bio–corrosion, concrete corrosion caused by cavitation; in outflow constructions – concrete corrosion, bigger cracks and deformations. According to results of technical state research, it was found that only 3% (1 SCGD) dams are in good technical state, 27% (9 SCGD) – moderate, 47% (16 SCGD) – satisfactory, 12% (4 SCGD) – unsatisfactory and 12% (4 SCGD) – in critical state.
