A significant amount of digital cultural contents is shared online, but learners do not know where subject matter content is or how to find it. Therefore, there is a need for a service to improve educational quality by effectively providing relevant information in response to searches for content that is useful to learners. This study developed and tested the usability and utility of an intelligent information system that effectively searches and visualizes digital cultural contents. The system collects data on digital cultural contents, automatically classifies them, and creates content triple data to automatically display the results with a 3D timeline, knowledge network map, and keyword relation network map through content search, triple search, and keyword search. We also conducted a survey and in-depth interviews to verify users’ satisfaction with respect to the use and utility of the system. For the experiment, we developed survey questions to measure user satisfaction and conducted in-depth interviews regarding the system’s utility with a total of 65 subjects. The results show that the response for satisfaction with regard to the use and utility was generally “satisfied”. In addition, the system stability was evaluated as “high”.

It was revealed that there are no generally accepted methods for assessing competitiveness; modern research is mainly a theoretical analysis of regional competitiveness. It was substantiated that the use of mathematical models and quantitative methods will improve the objectivity of the assessment. A methodology for an information system design for analysis and prediction of the dynamics of risks of competitiveness of regions of the Russian Federation was proposed. The prospects and directions of intellectualization of that system were shown. Based on the analysis of officially published statistical data and information from the regions and the proposed methodology, methods of systematization of socio-economic indicators were designed. An information system module was developed to implement the model based on the Kolmogorov-Chapman equations for assessing the risks of regional competitiveness and its validation was carried out

Increase in alcohol consumption is observed in all countries of the world. Over the past 20 years, consumption of alcohol correlated with the level of mortality from liver cirrhosis. Under the hepatorenal syndrome understand the primary lesion of the liver with subsequent involvement in the painful process of kidney tissue. In order to detection of hepatorenal syndrome in medical practice screening laboratory markers carried out manually. Introduction of medical information system can significantly improve the process of detecting disease in patients. The authors were unable to find an analogue of medical information system for the purpose of screening for hepatorenal syndrome. Analysis of the process of screening laboratory markers of hepatorenal syndrome allowed to create a client-server intelligent information system based on the Java SE platform using the management system database Firebird. Tests were carried out Arkhangelsk City Clinical Hospital № 1. Testing has shown that the time of diagnosis was reduced in comparison with traditional methods at 69%, with fewer specialists, while job satisfaction of physicians increased by 23%. Diagnostic accuracy hepatorenal syndrome is not dependent on the method of diagnosis. Testing program showed that the data that gives our program coincide with those of health professionals.
