The construction industry is one of the industries that have a great impact on the economy. A construction supply chain (CSC) is an important process affecting the circular economy (CE) and sustainability in practice. In order to analyze the efficiency of CE and CSC, a performance measurement system (PMS) is needed. At such a point, adopting a PMS to a supply chain at relatively early stages of a project could lead to sustainable supply chain management (SCM). Collaboration between all parties such as designers and contractors will be advantageous to gain competitiveness in the sector. This chapter aims to determine the need of PMS adaptation to construction supply chain process for sustainable and lean construction supply chain management based on the literature review. This chapter is expected to be beneficial for academics, researchers in the relevant field as well as policy makers and professionals.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to present a conceptual framework for performance measurement (PM) for the integration of supply chain management (SCM) and quality management (QM). Design/methodology/approach A systematic literature review on SCM and QM was conducted to develop key performance measures related to six areas of integration between QM and SCM: leadership; continuous improvement and innovation; sustainability performance; stakeholders; information system; and management and strategic planning. Findings Supported by the literature concerning to supply chain quality management (SCQM) integration, a set of nine propositions about performance measures, that contribute to the integration of SCQM, were developed. Originality/value This study contributes to QM practices within a supply chain environment from an integrated perspective. Additionally, the propositions have significant implications from both managerial and theoretical perspectives. This study also extends the concept of supply chain quality integration by focusing on key aspects of PM that may help to improve the overall performance of the supply chain.

Supply Chain Management is a concept or mechanism to increase the total productivity of companiesin the supply chain through optimization of the time, location and quantity of material flow from rawmaterials into semi-finished products and finished products. Supply Chain Management is not onlyabout the relationship with the supplier but also the link between the company and consumers. Tofind out the value of the company supply chain performance within a certain time, we need a draftmodel of supply chain performance measurement in which the design will be implemented at thecompany. By knowing the value of supply kunerja chainnya the company can improve theeffectiveness and productivity of the organization to achieve organizational goals is to win thecompetition, and increase corporate profits. Low priced and attainable information technology has made it possible to connect critical and proprietary information with supply chain partners, because of ever growing size, complexity, 7/24 system ability, evolved production processes etc. need flow of knowledge continuously. The knowledge integrated in the supply chain management (SCM) systems affects both supply chain and organizational performance. But since there is no single entity on performance an effective systematically approach to performance measurement could not be established. Generally in previous studies, organizational performance hasn`t been measured within the terms of SCM but if integral unit endeavor performance can be judged by so the overall performance can be judged by its departments` efforts. So SCOR model is chosen because important supply chain characteristics and their associated interactions aren't ignored. And organizational performance is reciprocal that performance measurement is taken a system for integrating the management of supply chain and knowledge. Therefore the objectives of the study were appeared to be correlation levels and relationships between knowledge sharing, SCM and organizational performance. This study is unique in terms of the dimensions that are being investigated in Turkey. While there are studies on SCM and knowledge sharing, each examined alone, this study tried to undercover the relationships between these two terms.

In the global world reality the success of large companies depends on a permanent logistics evaluation. But to measure the stage of logistics level, a methodology, models and references are required. The national and international performance measurement in logistics activities references was used. This was carried out in order to develop a field survey, using a methodology, model and references described in this paper. Also, survey results on the use of formalization in logistics are analyzed, i.e. how the logistics organization influences the whole structure to improve the supply chain management.
