The application of technologies of virtual reality, network and sensors makes the construction of Distance Opening Experiment Teaching Platform (DOETP) become reality, which fully utilizes the experimental resources of institutions, institutes and enterprises. Based on the analysis on characteristics of virtual experiment and distance control experiment, the paper designed the basic infracture of DOETP. The logical structure of distance education platform was brought out, which integrates DOETP and Distance Opening Teaching Management Platform (DOTMP). The detail funcions design of distance education platform were also provided, which is of significance for the realization of the education platform.

Virtual reality offers new tools for human motion understanding. Several applications have been widely used in teleoperation, military training, driving and flying simulators, and so forth. We propose to test if virtual reality is a valid training tool for the game of handball. We focused on the duel between a handball goalkeeper and a thrower. To this end, we defined a pilot experiment divided into two steps: an experiment with real subjects and another one with virtual throwers. The throwers' motions were captured in order to animate their avatar in a reality center. In this paper, we focused on the evaluation of presence when a goalkeeper is confronting these avatars. To this end, we compared the goalkeeper's gestures in the real and in the virtual experiment to determine if virtual reality engendered the same movements for the same throw. Our results show that gestures did not differ between the real and virtual environment. As a consequence, we can say that the virtual environment offered enough realism to initiate natural gestures. Moreover, as in real games, we observed the goalkeeper's anticipation to allow us to use virtual reality in future work as a way to understand the goalkeeper and thrower interactions. The main originality of this work was to measure presence in a sporting application with new evaluation methods based on motion capture.

In order to making the virtual experiment results close to or equivalent to the real environmental effects, in addition to model realistic scenes, also need more accurate dynamic model. In this paper, based on research of hydraulic steering paddy and wheat combine harvester, first, used three-dimensional geometric model transformation technology to convert Pro/E model to a identified geometric model in VP virtual reality systems, second, used classical dynamics equations to build the mathematical model of this vehicle dynamics, finally, used VC++ programs to connect this two models, constructed a behavioral model of complete physics properties. This behavior model is not only more realistic than the geometry model in motion, but also it follows the laws of physics movement. It can effectively strengthen the authenticity of virtual experiment, provide an important platform to start agricultural machinery virtual characteristics test, and this Modeling Method can provide a reference for other agricultural machinery virtual reality platform to build.

With the rapid advancement of information technology, virtual reality technology has also gradually developed, accompanied by the dramatic growth of virtual reality experiment technology. At present, the space design-oriented virtual experiment teaching method usually contributes to the formation of undesired experiment habits among students, such as caring less about experiment instruments, attaching less importance to the norms of experiment operation, and the lack of awareness of safety precautions. At the same time, virtual experiment may lead to reduced communications in the learning process and fewer opportunities for students to exercise interpersonal skills, thus affecting the teaching effect to a certain extent. On this basis, a teaching method of applying virtual simulation technology to the course of space design was proposed in this study. The analysis of the current development status and characteristics of virtual simulation technology was followed by a detailed description of the use of software in the construction entity and a series of computer-aided teaching and developing processes concerning space, design, function, etc. in the case of space design. Through the survey, it was found that students have more recognition of the new teaching method and their learning efficiency is improved, indicating that this teaching model is significantly better than other traditional teaching methods.
