With the development of Internet technology, Internet plus education has become a new mode of changing traditional education methods. Therefore, online physical education has attracted more and more attention. This paper introduces the sports object segmentation algorithm, designs an interactive multimedia online sports education platform by combining the research needs of sports online education platform, and analyzes online sports education from three aspects, sports teaching management, sports teaching resources, and sunshine sports activities, in order to improve the quality of sports education and improve students’ learning interest. Simulation results show that the algorithm is effective and can support the analysis of interactive multimedia online physical education platform.

Abstract Personal data increasingly serve as inputs to public goods. Like other types of contributions to public goods, personal data are likely to be underprovided. We investigate whether classical remedies to underprovision are also applicable to personal data and whether the privacy-sensitive nature of personal data must be additionally accounted for. In a randomized field experiment on a public online education platform, we prompt users to complete their profiles with personal information. Compared to a control message, we find that making public benefits salient increases the number of personal data contributions significantly. This effect is even stronger when additionally emphasizing privacy protection, especially for sensitive information. Our results further suggest that emphasis on both public benefits and privacy protection attracts personal data from a more diverse set of contributors.

Improving the intelligence of teaching environment and making the multimedia teaching equipment has become a major concern of the colleges and universities. To this end, the design of Internet of Things (IoT) technology based wisdom of higher education platform is of great interest. Designing the structure of online management platform for college education and realizing the functions of examination result inquiry, online teaching, and attendance management have gained more importance in the educational research. The wisdom classroom is the key structure of the wisdom education platform. A smart classroom architecture based on IoT technology is designed, which connects with traditional network facilities through the IoT gateway. Different layers of the architectures have been designed and implemented. The proposed platform tests results and shows that the intelligent education platform can effectively control classroom utilization and has high throughput, low application latency, and good practicability.

This paper provides an empirical study of various techniques for information retrieval and machine reading comprehension in the context of an online education platform. More specifically, our application deals with answering conceptual students questions on technology courses. To that end we explore a pipeline consisting of a document retriever and a document reader. We find that using TF-IDF document representations for retrieving documents and RoBERTa deep learning model for reading documents and answering questions yields the best performance with respect to F-Score. In overall, without a fine-tuning step, deep learning models have a significant performance gap with comparison to previously reported F-scores on other datasets.
