During COVID-19 pandemic, researchers have used innovative technologies for fast tracking the development to end this pandemic. Virtual Reality (VR) has offered an imperative role for fighting this pandemic, through audiovisual-based virtual communication. Virtual reality modeling language (VRML), as an international standard of virtual reality, has developed rapidly. VRML expanded the function of script node by introducing Java and script programs written in java script language. This paper presents a VRML method. Libraries and platoons are virtualized to meet the normal use of users. In principle, any text editing system can be used for VRML programming, but some editing systems have few related functions and are not suitable for large-scale VRML Scene Design. The VRML algorithm proposed in this paper can be applied to large buildings. The VRML algorithm proposed in this paper is compared with the traditional algorithm. The VRML algorithm proposed in this paper is superior to the traditional algorithm in the aspects of realism, interactivity, design rationality and execution speed. The practicability of the VRML algorithm is proved. It provides help for people who are inconvenient to go out during the protection period of covid-19.

Indonesia is rich in culture, ethnicity which one example is the traditional houses that exist in each province. Introduce Indonesian traditional house to users by using information technology as a medium of information could be one way to preserve the nation's culture. Limitations of the media information about traditional houses that currently can only be enjoyed through pictures or visit the traditional houses directly make society can not know the traditional houses in Indonesia optimally. Therefore we need a media so that people can know more about traditional houses in Indonesia without the need to visit directly into sites or less information such as 2-dimensional images in the book. Application developed is combination between virtual reality and website. Application built using the waterfall method. The virtual technology is embedded in a website that allows users to access them anytime and anywhere. Aplication was developed using VRML (Virtual Reality Modeling Language) and 3ds Max modeling software, and using the programming language PHP, HTML, CSS, and MySQL database. The browser needs Cortona3D Viewer plug-in for displaying three-dimensional file. The results of making this application is an application that utilizes the VRML technology to display traditional house on the island of Java in three dimensions. The results show that this application runs in accordance with the design functionality that has been made.

Dalam bidang informasi banyak cara dalam menginformasikan data, baik secara tertulis, gambar, suara, gambar dan suara. Saat ini banyak dikembangkan teknologi dengan menggunakan metode visual yang interaktif, seperti dunia virtual yang membuat seolah-olah informasi tersebut di dapat sesuai dengan pengalaman memasuki daerah yang di lihat pada dunia virtual tersebut. Metode tersebut adalah pengembangan teknologi virtual reality yang dibuat dengan menggunakan 3DS Max sebagai software untuk menghasilkan gambar yang menarik. Pengaplikasian yang dikembangkan dengan media web dimana setiap pengguna lebih mudah dalam dalam menggunakan aplikasi tersebut. Metode pengambangan yang dirancang adalah memadukan teknologi virtual reality dengan web. Dimana aplikasi tersebut terdapat didalam tampilan web yang didukun basis data untuk mempermudah aktor admin dalam mengolah data. Pada browser yang digunakan akan di pasang plug-in cortona3d agar dapat menampilkan file ekstensi tiga dimensi yang dapat di tampilkan browser. Hasil dari pembuatan aplikasi ini adalah terancangnya sebuah aplikasi yang menggunakan teknologi virtual reality modeling language dengan studi kasus Kampus Sistem Komputer Fakultas Teknik Universitas Diponegoro menggunakan jaringan lokal berbasis VRML

This paper describes the influences of transmission line on the safety and reliability of grid, and illustrates the necessary of visual management of transmission lines. Virtual 3d scene modeling method is introduced in detail, including Virtual 3d scene modeling and virtual 3d entity modeling. According to the characteristics of transmission line, the 3d scene of transmission line ia designed and implemented. At last, Virtual reality modeling language (VRML) is used to complete the optimization of the established model and the experimental results show that the data size of the optimized model has reduced considerably.
