Maritime search and rescue is important for the maritime traffic safety. A maritime search and rescue capability evaluation algorithm based on cloud model is proposed in this paper. Firstly, we established the evaluation system; Secondly, we determined the expert evaluation cloud model according the scoring; Thirdly, we calculated the evaluation result by the comprehensive cloud; Finally, we used the digital characteristics to restore the cloud chart. The experimental result shows that our method is objective and accurate.

In this study, the durability of polyvinyl alcohol fiber-reinforced cementitious composite containing nano-SiO2 was evaluated using the adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system (ANFIS). According to the structural characteristics of the cementitious composite material and some related standards, the classification criteria for the evaluation indices of cementitious composite materials were clarified, and a corresponding structural framework of durability assessment was constructed. Based on the hypothesis testing principle, the required test data capacity was determined under a certain degree of accuracy, and durability experimental data and expert evaluation results were simulated according to statistical principles to ensure that there were sufficient datasets for ANFIS training. Using an environmental factor submodule as an example, 14 sets of actual test data were used to verify that the ANFIS can quickly and effectively mimic the expert evaluation reasoning process to evaluate the durability of cementitious composites. Compared with other studies related to the durability of cementitious composites, a systematic evaluation system for the durability of concrete was established. We used a polyvinyl alcohol fiber-reinforced cementitious composite containing nano-SiO2 to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of cementitious composites. Compared with the traditional expert evaluation method, the durability evaluation system based on the ANFIS learned expert experience, stored the expert experience in fuzzy rules, and eliminated the subjectivity of expert evaluation, thereby making the evaluation more objective and scientific.

In order to maintain the training quality and ensure efficient learning, the introduction of a scalable and well-adapted evaluation system is essential. An adequate evaluation system will positively involve students in the evaluation of their own learning, as well as providing teachers with indicators on the student's strengths, the specific encountered difficulties and the false or misunderstood studied parts. In this context, we present, in this article, a novel intelligent evaluation methodology based on fuzzy logic and knowledge based expert systems. The principle of this methodology is to reify abstract concepts of a human expertise in a numerical inference engine applied to evaluation. It reproduces, therefore, the cognitive mechanisms of evaluation experts. An im-plementation example is presented to compare this method with the classical one and draw conclusions about its efficiency. Furthermore, thanks to its flexibility, different kinds of extensions are possible by updating the basic rules and adjusting to possible new architectures and new types of evaluation.

Рассмотрен подход к оценке результатов разработки веб-ориентированных систем в рамках экспертных систем на основе применения лингвистического подхода. Рассмотрены особенности формирования интегральных показателей качества функционирования и эксплуатации веб-ориентированных систем. Показан способ формализации требований экспертов к веб-ориентированным системам. Оценка эксплуатационных характеристик строится на основе формирования лингвистических шкал, позволяющих оценить качественные показатели, не имеющиe количественной оценки. Приведены примеры лингвистических термов для оценки разнообразных показателей работы веб-ориентированных систем. Приведено соответствие между уточняющими показателями качества разработанной системы и лингвистическими термами. Рассмотрен подход к переходу от качественных показателей к количественным частотным характеристикам. Экспертная система обеспечивает учет неопределенности в оценке веб-проектов и базируется на формализации неточной и нечеткой информации. Предложенный подход к формированию экспертной системы оценки разработанной веб-ориентированной системы обеспечивает согласованную оценку разработанной системы с помощью группы интегральных показателей качества. Экспертная оценка позволит определить соответствие реализации проекта поставленным целям разработки, что, в свою очередь, даст возможность установить, насколько будет успешной финансовая составляющая деятельности компании, что является главным показателем эффективности The article considers an approach to evaluating the results of the development of web-oriented systems in the framework of expert systems based on the use of a linguistic approach. It discusses the features of the formation of integral indicators of the quality of functioning and operation of web-oriented systems. We show the method of formalizing the requirements of experts for web-based systems. The evaluation of operational characteristics is based on the formation of linguistic scales that allow one to evaluate qualitative indicators that do not have a quantitative assessment. We give examples of linguistic terms for evaluating various performance indicators of web-oriented systems and also we give the correspondence between the clarifying quality indicators of the developed system and the linguistic terms. We considered an approach to the transition from qualitative indicators to quantitative frequency characteristics. The expert system takes into account the uncertainty in the evaluation of web projects and is based on the formalization of inaccurate and fuzzy information. The proposed approach to the formation of an expert evaluation system of the developed web-based system provides a consistent assessment of the developed system with the help of a group of integral quality indicators. The expert assessment will determine the compliance of the project implementation with the set development goals, which, in turn, will make it possible to determine how successful the financial component of the company's activities will be, which is the main indicator of efficiency

O artigo nos remete a uma discussão na interação das atividades dos pequenos agricultores, estes sendo condicionados por condições que a natureza oferece. Interação esta que foi nosso objetivo maior da pesquisa. Oferece ainda referências sobre a ação do agricultor no processo erosivo do solo, enfatizando a erosão enquanto fenômeno cultural e tratou de perceber a natureza a partir da compartimentação geomorfológica, associando ao uso do solo os fatores de potencialidade e fragilidade dos recursos naturais sobrepostos ao relevo.  A B S T R A C T The article leads us to a discussion on the interaction of small farmers activities, these being conditioned by conditions that nature offers. This interaction was our research biggest goal. Also provides references to the action of the farmer in the soil erosion process, emphasizing erosion as cultural phenomenon and tried to perceive the nature from the geomorphological subdivision, associating to the land use the potentiality and fragility factors of natural resources superposed to the relief. For gathering information about the various types of interventions landscape, we performed field work, covering the entire catchment area, reporting and photographing the various forms of land use. We conclude there are significant changes in the scenery of the countryside, especially the use of agricultural soil. Keywords: Culture. Semiarid. Ambiental History.
