Maritime search and rescue is important for the maritime traffic safety. A maritime search and rescue capability evaluation algorithm based on cloud model is proposed in this paper. Firstly, we established the evaluation system; Secondly, we determined the expert evaluation cloud model according the scoring; Thirdly, we calculated the evaluation result by the comprehensive cloud; Finally, we used the digital characteristics to restore the cloud chart. The experimental result shows that our method is objective and accurate.

This study developed an evaluation model of freeway traffic safety facilities system. Firstly, an evaluation system of freeway traffic safety facility was proposed. Secondly, an evaluation model was proposed based on attribute recognition theory. And the evaluation result was identified according to the attribute measure value of single index and the comprehensive attribute measure value of multiple indexes as well as the confidence criterion. Thirdly, the weight of each indicator was decided by variation coefficient. Finally, A case of TAI-GAN freeway (K1+242~K3+259 segment) was conducted to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the model.

This study is to construct a post-evaluation system for the social environment of the wind power project and make a comprehensive assessment by the introducing the cloud model-based analytic hierarchy process. The process manifests the weight and index evaluation in the form of cloud model, which takes account of both ambiguity and randomness, improves the comprehensiveness and accuracy of the results and provides application and arguments for the method through practical examples.
