Built environment indicates of street space quality have been carried out in a profound influence on the image of city,human behavior and public health. A street that is considered as a fundamental element in urban studies. Of the 5 elements of the image of a city, i.e. landmarks, paths, nodes, districts and edges, suggested that the paths are the most dominant elements, the research of which would provide a basis for the clustering and organization of the meanings and associations of the other four elements and the city as a whole. Additionally, taking a quantitative measurement of the visual appearance of street space has proven to be challenging because visual information is inherently ambiguous and semantically impoverished. Recent developed image semantic segmentation techniques and Street View Picture dataset make it possible to eliminate the previous restrictions, Furthermore, bringing forward a research paradigm shift. Lilong, which typically represent for historical street space in Shanghai, are selected for empirical study .This paper attempts to measure subjective qualities of the Lilong environment comprehensively and objectively. By employing Street View Picture, pictorial information is the proxy for street physical appearance, which utilizes the image semantic segmentation techniques (The model used in this study is Deep lab V3 which can achieve a 85.7% pixelwise accuracy when classifying 150 categories of objects) to parse an street scene into scene elements, such as buildings, roads, pavement, trees, cars, pedestrians, and bicycles. Then, the elements corresponding to each street point in the two directions of spatial coordinate are summarized and the average value is calculated. The potential factors were calculated based on 3-dimensional composition calculation of greenery, openness, enclosure and motorization may serve as indicators for inferring. The outcomes were used to evaluate the street types, functionality, quality, time, status, and human activities of a street. The result indicates that visual quality of Lilongs are barely satisfactory, while some regeneration projects in the historical protection block is better. A lot of Lilongs are in shortage of visual green, relative more continuous but with low vertical diversity. In the most recent 6 years, less than 2.74 million square meters Lilongs are not regenerated which are mainly slow building renovation. A series of quantitative analyses demonstrates the ability and great potential of auto-calculation method useful for auditing street environments.

Increased use of e-powered personal mobility vehicles is usually considered as a positive change; it is generally agreed that Personal Mobility Vehicles (PMVs) effectively and efficiently reduce negative environmental impacts of transport and improve the quality of life. There has been great technological progress made by all sectors in the field of personal mobility during the last decade. Use of PMV for micro-mobility is welcomed by market, consumers and governments and thus it is becoming increasingly popular in modern European society. New technology driven PMVs bring opportunities to their users, but at the same time create problems with street space sharing, road safety and traffic offenses. This study gives an overview of recent types of PMVs, offers some insights into the upcoming changes and challenges, and raises the discussion on themes related with increased use of e-powered personal transporters.

In this study, we focus on the quality of street space which has attracted high attentions. We discover associations between the quality of street space and built environment attributes through an ordered logistic model using massive street view pictures (SVPs) and data on street location, form, function and attributes. Before ascertain which built environment factors influence the quality of street space, we checked the concordance of the experts’ scores, as well as correlations between different dimensions through Kappa analysis and drew the distribution map of street space quality. We found that the value of intersection over union is 85.61% for scoring the street space quality by different people. The spatial quality of more than 75% streets are in the middle level with no obvious polarisation observed in the central area of Qingdao. In addition, for street quality index, all variables are statistically significant. The sequence is as follows: near-line rate > D/H ratio > slope > length of street > distance to administrative center > POIs diversity. The D/H ratio, near-line rate, slope length of street, distance to administrative center and POIs diversity have various associations on every dimension of street quality. They can prove useful for drafting more appropriate policy measures aimed at improving street quality.

Purpose Misophonia is a sound tolerance disorder condition in certain sounds that trigger intense emotional or physiological responses. While some persons may experience misophonia, a few patients suffer from misophonia. However, there is a dearth of literature on audiological assessment and management of persons with misophonia. The purpose of this report is to discuss the assessment of misophonia and highlight the management option that helped a patient with misophonia. Method A case study of a 26-year-old woman with the complaint of decreased tolerance to specific sounds affecting quality of life is reported. Audiological assessment differentiated misophonia from hyperacusis. Management included retraining counseling as well as desensitization and habituation therapy based on the principles described by P. J. Jastreboff and Jastreboff (2014). A misophonia questionnaire was administered at regular intervals to monitor the effectiveness of therapy. Results A detailed case history and audiological evaluations including pure-tone audiogram and Johnson Hyperacusis Index revealed the presence of misophonia. The patient benefitted from intervention, and the scores of the misophonia questionnaire indicated a decrease in the severity of the problem. Conclusions It is important to differentially diagnose misophonia and hyperacusis in persons with sound tolerance disorders. Retraining counseling as well as desensitization and habituation therapy can help patients who suffer from misophonia.

This paper presents a successful behavioral case study in treatment of chronic refractory cough in a 60-year-old adult female. The efficacy for speech-language pathology treating chronic cough is discussed along with description of treatment regime. Discussion focuses on therapy approaches used and the patient's report of changes in quality of life and frequency, duration, and severity reduction of her cough after treatment.

So far, in implementing school strategies, they tend not to utilize Information and Communication Technology (ICT), despite the availability of ICT resources available. Stages of strategic management are needed to generate the vision, mission, objectives, policy, program, budget, and procedures as well as control and evaluation process as an effort to utilize ICT to improve school quality. Based on the interpretation and the results of the study, it is concluded that schools have organized stages in strategic management that enable schools to have a quality profile. The impact of effective utilization of ICTs for schools is the achievement of effective school management, as per the National Education Standards, which is characterized by effective planning, implementation, control, and evaluation of school ICTs.The purpose of this study is to get a general description, describe, and reveal the Strategic Management of Information and Communication Technology Utilization to Improve the Quality of School Learning in Ciledug Al Musaddadiyah Vocational High School and Garut 1 Vocational High School, both on environmental analysis, strategic formulation, implementation and strategic evaluation. The research method used in this research is the case study method, because the problems studied occur in the place and situation of Ciledug Al Musaddadiyah Vocational School and Vocational High School 1 Garut. The use of case study models in this study is based on the consideration that to provide an overview of the strategic management activities of the use of ICTs carried out at vocational high schools with the ultimate goal of being able to improve the quality of school learning. Based on observations in the field of SMK 1 Garut and SMK Al Musaddadiyah Ciledug Garut is one of the public schools and private schools that have these advantages.

The image quality of Cone Beam Computed Tomography has enough diagnostic value in differentiating between haemorrhage, embolic materials and the arteriovenous malformation nidus to facilitate physicians to decide for further management of the patient.

Animal feed knife is a tool that serves to cut and chop animal feed consisting of grass as the main ingredient with additives such as bran, herbs, centrate, cassava, tofu pulp and others. Therefore, as a cutting tool must have the properties of friction resistance, impact resistance, and have good sharpness, so that the material chosen is Ni-Hard 1. The use of centrifugal casting method was chosen because it has the advantage of being able to make castings with relatively thin thickness this is due to the influence of the centrifugal force on the distribution of metal liquids throughout the cavity in the mold. Case study in this study is the use of centrifugal casting methods as an alternative to gravity casting methods to overcome defects of misruns. This research was conducted to investigate the effect of speed on the formation of castings products. The method that was carried out began with a literature study on centrifugal casting, and continued by determining the material, the temperature of the cast is in the range 1250ºC - 1300ºC, and the type of mold. The next step is to do work drawings, pattern making, mold making, casting processes, fettling processes, and analysis. With variations in speed of 200 rpm, 300 rpm and 400 rpm, it can be seen the optimal speed for making this product. The results of this study obtained optimal speed at a speed of 300 rpm to make good quality of animal feed knife products.
