The Balanced Scorecard (BSC) is one tool that can be used to measure the performance of an organization. To improve the quality of education, a performance appraisal system is needed to measure the ability of universities to carry out their functions. In this study, the authors will design a performance appraisal system for vokasi colleges by integrating indicators in BAN-PT, AUN-QA, MQA, and TEQSA. Integrating indicators aims to enable vokasi colleges to compete nationally and internationally. The results of this study obtained 90 indicators divided into four BSC perspectives. Each value will be calculated with the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The performance appraisal system that has been designed will be used by vokasi colleges to measure its performance so that it can be seen that improvements will be made by vokasi colleges to compete at national and international levels.

Lecturer performance evaluation activities are a routine of a university in improving internal quality in a sustainable manner and improving accreditation status. University of Putra Indonesia Yptk Padang has not implemented the performance monitoring and evaluation of lecturers so far, resulting in impacts and obstacles for institutions in improving accreditation status and the difficulty for institutions in determining policies related to improving the quality of lecturers such as: further study, training and awards. In this study, a lecturer performance appraisal system will be developed using the Analytical Hierarchy Process method. The Analytical Hierarchy Process method is a decision support model that will describe complex multi-factor problems or multi criteria into a hierarchy. Based on the lecturer performance appraisal system developed, it will be used to build a decision support system to get outstanding lecturers at Putra Indonesia University Yptk Padang by using the analytical hierarchy process method. The research was in the form of developing a decision support system with information on the results of lecturer performance evaluations in implementing the tri dharma of higher education. The final results of the study took the form of appropriate and accurate decision making and were more effective in evaluating the performance of outstanding lecturers.

This paper concentrates on the risk assessment problem for accounting information system, which is an important problem in enterprise informatization construction. Firstly, we show that process of the accounting information system is made up three parts: 1) Implementation process of the accounting information system, 2) Processing of the accounting information, and 3) Management process of the accounting information system. Secondly, evaluation index system of the accounting information system risk assessment is given, which is a hierarchy structure with three layers. Thirdly, we introduce analytic hierarchy process to solve the problem of accounting information system risk assessment estimating. In analytic hierarchy process, an overall object is positioned in the top level, and the criteria in the middle level represents to the overall object. Furthermore, the perfectly consistent case where the pairwise comparisons matrix can be defined using a priority vector. Utilizing the interval weights, the maximum interval can be obtained, and then the index weights estimating problem can be converted to a linear programming problem with constraint conditions. Finally, experiments are conducted to make performance evolution, compared with expert’s evaluation and very positive results are obtained.

The purpose of this paper is to establish a complete appraisal system and study on comprehensive environment risk assessment of brownfield reuse in procedure and method through the case of Xishan District, according to life cycle theory. Methods employed include system analysis, analytic hierarchy process and grey evaluation method. The result shows that,(1) The life cycle of brownfield reuse can be divided into three stages which are the confirmation and preparation stage, the control and treatment stage, the maintenance and supervision stage, including policy and legal risk, economic risk, organizational risk, pollution risk, etc, eight elements.(2)the environmental risk of Xishan District is in medium level. Additionally, due to the polluting and complexity of brownfield, it should be respond to the necessary control. It is concluded that the comprehensive environment risk assessment of brownfield reuse has high scientific and practical by using analytic hierarchy process and grey evaluation method.

This study presents a new path planning method based on Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) for a mobile robot to be effectively operated through a multi-objective decision making problem. Unlike typical AHP, the proposed FAHP has a difference in using triangulation fuzzy number based extent analysis to derive weight vectors among the considerations. FAHP framework for finding the optimal position in this study is defined with the highest level (goal), middle level (objectives), and the lowest level (alternatives). It analytically selects an optimal position as a sub-goal among points on the sensing boundary of the mobile robot considering the three objectives: the travel distance to the target, robot’s rotation, and safety against collision between obstacles. Alternative solutions are evaluated by quantifying the relative importance for the objectives. Comparative results obtained from the artificial potential field, AHP, and FAHP simulations show that FAHP is much preferable for mobile robot’s path planning than typical AHP.

This study presents a path planning method for a mobile robot to be effectively operated through a multi-objective decision-making problem. Specifically, the proposed Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) determines an optimal position as a sub-goal within the multi-objective boundary. The key features of the proposed FAHP are evaluating the candidates according to the fuzzified relative importance among objectives to select an optimal solution. In order to incorporate FAHP into path planning, an AHP framework is defined, which includes the highest level (goal), middle level (objectives), and the lowest level (alternatives). The distance to the target, robot’s rotation, and safety against collision between obstacles are considered as objective functions. Comparative results obtained from the artificial potential field and AHP/FAHP simulations show that FAHP is much preferable for the mobile robot’s path planning than typical AHP.

The employee system at the Golden Jaya Star Pekanbaru Shop is currently based on the store's personal opinion, so its assessment of employee performance is not believed to be valid.  This study aims to determine the employee performance appraisal system that is right used as the basis for awarding employee rewards. This research is expected to be able to help or facilitate the Golde Jaya Star Pekanbaru shop leader in providing rewards based on employee performance appraisal, among others, with the existence of this application can help leaders in giving rewards based on employee performance appraisal at the Golden Jaya Star Pekanbaru store. With this application, it can help leaders in giving rewards based on employee performance appraisals can reduce the occurrence of errors in the provision of employee rewards.  With the application of the system of giving rewards based on employee performance evaluation can reduce the occurrence of errors in the awarding of employee rewards.  This system application is only applied to determine the employee reward amount.
