Combinatorial problems are problems that have a finite set of feasible solutions. Although in principle the solution to this problem can be obtained with complete enumeration, in complex problems it takes time that cannot be practically accepted, combinatorial analysis is a mathematical study of the arrangement, grouping, ordering, or selection of discrete objects, usually limited in number (finite in number) , many combinatorial optimization problems have been generated by research in computer design, computational theory, and by computer applications on numerical problems that require new methods, new approaches, and new mathematical insights, on combinatorial optimization, the function g (x) is defined as mapping g: {0,1} n → {0,1}, obtaining feasible regions Most methods for solving combinatorial optimization problems propose feasible regions, namely areas that are constrained by problem constraints after relaxation such as counts or binary variables, Field slices generally use the metaheuristic method proposed by para Other researchers, for example Genetic algorithms, simulated annealing, taboo search, plant propagation, methods do not use feasible regional concepts, but proposing the starting point for abstract completion is a brief summary of the paper to help readers quickly ascertain the research objectives and match the research needs.

Food is the main need for humans, so the food business is growing, one of which is catering business. With the catering business it is increasingly easier for people to provide food needs at certain meetings or events. In carrying out its business, entrepreneurs must create different advantages to attract consumer interest. One effort to make the catering business run smoothly is by predicting the amount of income. One of the methods that can be used to solve this problem is the fuzzy Tsukamoto method. Where in this study using 3 variables, namely the ordering variable (X) has a few and many fuzzy sets, the price variable (Y) has an affordable and low set, and the income variable (Z) has a low and high set. The calculation results from the prediction of the amount of income that will be obtained by Sumatra culinary catering with 400 orders and the price of Rp. 13,000 is 4,620,000 per week.

A good environment and education will familiarize children with good deeds and vice versa. As wealth, having children is also a pleasure and pleasure for every parent. But what must be considered is how to be able to process the test as well as possible, especially in the current millennial generation era where the virtual world seems more real than the real world, communication between children and parents is not a little stretched even influenced by freedom cultures in outside the limits of religious tolerance. Based on these problems parents should be able to use and choose children's educational toys that are good in accordance with Islamic education in order to get positive values that will produce goodness. To produce the best children's educational toys according to Islamic education, the researchers collaborated on the mechanism of using the Decision Support System with the TOPSIS Method. The criteria that have been determined are Benefits, Security, Content, and quality. Based on the criteria that have been determined then there must be various alternatives chosen, namely Laptop Toys, Smart Hafiz, Children's Tablets, Apple Quran, and Iqro Beams. After using the TOPSIS method, it will be found the best educational toys according to Islamic education

Illiteracy is the state of being unable to read and to write for communication. A large number of people still experiencing illiteracy in a country is one indicator showing that the country is still not developed. As many as 3.4 million people or around 2.07% of the population in Indonesia are still illiterate. This study aims to create a grouping model using the k-medoids algorithm. The k-medoids method is a clustering method that serves to break down datasets into groups. The data used is sourced from the Central Statistics Agency. Entered data are percentage of illiterate population in 2009-2017. The number of records used is 34 provinces which are divided into 3 clusters namely high cluser, medium cluster and low cluster. From the results of k-medoids calculation, one (1) province was categorited as a high cluster, twelve (12) provinces as a medium cluster and twenty-one (21) provinces as a low cluster. The implementation process using the RapidMiner 5.3 application is used to help find accurate values. It is hoped that this research can be used as one of the bases for decision making for the government in an effort to equalize the level of illiteracy according to the province which has an impact on reducing of illiteracy rates in Indonesia.
