The work presents our results in field of application of system analysis methods to problem of medical research. We emphasize effects of uncertainty that should be taken into account in such complex processes. Medical system research requires information support system implementing data mining algorithms resulting in decision trees or IF-THEN rules. Besides that such system should be object-oriented and web-integrated.The aim of this study was to develop information support system based on data mining algorithms applied to system analysis method for medical system research. System analysis methods were used for qualitative analysis of diseases mathematical models. Algorithms such as decision tree induction and sequential covering algorithm were applied for data mining from learning data set.We observed the complex qualitative behavior of population and diseases models depending on parameters and controllers even without considering probabilistic nature of the most of quantities and parameters of information models.

Drivetrains are a major source of vibration, noise and system failures. Accordingly, a significant amount of time and effort is being invested developing simulation methods in order to better understand and avoid potentially damaging vibrations, even before prototypes are created for testing. The first step in simulating any drivetrain is creating suitable virtual models to investigate particular phenomena. Too much model detail leads to long computation times and difficulties in interpreting results, while too little may fail to include desired effects. Because the various levels of detail available in multi-body simulation (MBS) are practically limitless, a significant amount of attention must be given in order to choose the appropriate modeling elements. In the simplest form an entire drivetrain can be modeled as several rigid masses connected with torsional springs, which is justifiable for fundamental concept analyses. For other analyses, full three dimensional modeling with complex components may be necessary. Higher frequency analyses may even necessitate the inclusion of material bending for achieving accurate results. The various available elements for modeling specific components must be well understood in order that appropriate choices are made. Modeling requirements for the elements commonly used in the simulation of drivetrains will be discussed. For example: bearings, gearwheels, universal and constant velocity joints, frequency and amplitude dependent mounts, flexible components (e.g. shafts and gearbox housings), etc. Once virtual models are available, various analysis methods are applied in order to aid designers in identifying and quantifying potentially damaging vibrations. Again the application and limitation of these methods must be well understood in order to generate meaningful results. The following methods will be compared and discussed: resonance analysis, linear system analysis, run-up Fast Fourier Transformation analysis, order analysis, transfer path analysis and durability analysis. These drivetrain modeling techniques and analysis methods are not limited to any specific field of engineering, but can be applied to an extensive range of engineering disciplines. Analyses applied to virtual models out of the automotive and wind turbine sectors will be shown.

Introduction. The deindustrialization processes in Ukraine can be defined as the result of national industrial potential degradation, that throws domestic economy back in the past in comparison with highly developed countries. At the same time, the restoration of the industry is constrained by sharp "investment hunger», which deepens the problems of unemployment and emigration of the population, preserves a low standard of living. Overcoming the systemic problems prevailing in the domestic industrial sector requires the decisive use of effective industrial development instruments, one of which is industrial parks. Purpose. The article aims to argue the perspective directions of the Ukrainian industrial sector development using the mechanism of industrial parks on the basis of international experience analysis. Method. Methodological base of the paper covers a complex of complementary methods of scientific research of economic processes and phenomena: historical and logical method, method of system analysis, methods of economic and mathematical modelling, comparative and statistical analysis, general scientific methods of analysis and synthesis, methods of induction and deduction. In order to carry out the complex analysis, methods of computer processing, analysis and display of information using the Microsoft Excel program also are used. Results. The article has discussed essential and economic and legal aspects of industrial parks creation as a mechanism for the formation of a favourable investment climate in order to increase the international competitiveness and develop industrial sector of Ukraine. Advanced international experience of using industrial parks to provide accelerated economic growth on an innovative basis has been analysed. Existing preconditions and prospects for activating the policy of industrial parks creation in Ukraine have been investigated. Legislative initiatives to promote the opening and launching of new industrial parks in the domestic practice of industrial development have been argued. The measures of industrial policy, which should complement the existing legislative norms and initiatives concerning the development of a network of industrial parks in Ukraine, have been outlined. The results of the econometric analysis of industrial parks influence on the main macroeconomic indicators (gross domestic product, foreign trade, employment, volumes of industrial production) of Ukraine have been presented.

The Impact

Background: The active development of commodity-transport ties makes the issues of the influence of the situation on commodity markets on the directions and structure of freight traffic particularly important. Scientific understanding of the prospects for the development of transport communications in order to increase the efficiency of goods distribution in accordance with the growing requirements of the economy for its speed, reliability and cost allows us to determine economic indicators for the development of transport infrastructure and the need for investment in fixed assets of transport companies. Aim: Development of methodological tools for assessing the impact of commodity markets on the processes of updating fixed assets of a transport company. Methods: The methodological basis of the study is the work of domestic and foreign scientists, which examined the formation of a system of economic indicators - indicators of the state of technical means and systems, the problems of the development of railway transport in the context of macroeconomic changes, as well as the features of innovative activity in railway transport. To solve the tasks, the method of system analysis, methods of statistical analysis, methods of technical and economic calculations, etc. were used. Results: A methodological approach to the determination of economic indicators reflecting the need for investment when updating the fixed assets of a transport company is proposed taking into account the dynamics of the transport market. Conclusion: The economically feasible renewal of fixed assets of railways not only plays an exceptional role in creating the conditions for the efficient use of their production resources and their development in general, but also helps to create conditions for satisfying solvent demand in the transport market.

The paper is devoted to study of energy-technological complex (ETC) based on coal-powered TPP using methods of system analysis. The concept of the full-cycle ETC is presented. The zonal structure of ETC is considered. The place of ETC in the systematical classification is determined. The interpretation of system-wide principles is investigated applied to the TPP and ETC. The application of system analysis methods allows to predict the directions of ETC development.
