Unreasonable public bicycle dispatching area division seriously affects the operational efficiency of the public bicycle system. To solve this problem, this paper innovatively proposes an improved community discovery algorithm based on multi-objective optimization (CDoMO). The data set is preprocessed into a lease/return relationship, thereby it calculated a similarity matrix, and the community discovery algorithm Fast Unfolding is executed on the matrix to obtain a scheduling scheme. For the results obtained by the algorithm, the workload indicators (scheduled distance, number of sites, and number of scheduling bicycles) should be adjusted to maximize the overall benefits, and the entire process is continuously optimized by a multi-objective optimization algorithm NSGA2. The experimental results show that compared with the clustering algorithm and the community discovery algorithm, the method can shorten the estimated scheduling distance by 20%-50%, and can effectively balance the scheduling workload of each area. The method can provide theoretical support for the public bicycle dispatching department, and improve the efficiency of public bicycle dispatching system.

The paper presents an approach to model the electro-hydraulic system of a certain explosive mine sweeping device using the Radial Basis Function (RBF) neural network. In order to obtain accurate and simple RBF neural network, a revised clustering method is used to train the hidden node centers of the neural network, in which the subtractive clustering(SC) algorithm was used to determine the initial centers and the fuzzy C – Means(FCM) clustering algorithm to further determined the centers data set. The spread factors and the weights of the neural network are calculated by the modified recursive least squares (MRLS) algorithm for relieving computational burden. The proposed algorithm is verified by its application to the modeling of an electro-hydraulic system, simulation and experiment results clearly indicate the obtained RBF network can model the electro-hydraulic system satisfactorily and comparison results also show that the proposed algorithm performs better than the other methods.

In this study, an annular jet pump optimization method is proposed based on an RBF (Radial Basis Function) neural network model and NSGA-II (Non-Dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm) optimization algorithm to improve the hydraulic performance of the annular jet pump applied in submarine trenching and dredging. Suction angle, diffusion angle, area ratio and flow ratio were selected as design variables. The computational fluid dynamics (CFD) model was used for numerical simulation to obtain the corresponding performance, and an accurate RBF neural network approximate model was established. Finally, the NSGA-II algorithm was selected to carry out multi-objective optimization and obtain the optimal design variable combination. The results show that the determination coefficient R2 of the two objective functions (jet pump efficiency and head ratio) of the approximate model of the RBF neural network were greater than 0.97. Compared with the original model, the optimized model’s suction angle increased, and the diffusion angle, flow ratio and area ratio decreased. In terms of performance, the head ratio increased by 30.46% after the optimization of the jet pump, and efficiency increased slightly. The proposed jet pump performance optimization method provides a reference for improving the performance of other pumps.
