LASER (Light Amplification by Stimulated Emmission of Radiation) merupakan suatu alat yang memancarkan radiasi elektromagnetik, melalui proses pancaran koheren terstimulasi yang banyak digunakan di bidang kedokteran, karena terbukti aman dan efektif untuk terapi. LASER memiliki banyak manfaat diantaranya, untuk perbaikan sirkulasi, perbaikan jaringan dan anti inflamasi. Latihan fisik dengan intensitas tinggi, jika dilakukan terus menerus dapat menimbulkan kelelahan, kerusakan jaringan dan inflamasi. Berbagai penanda inflamasi yang dapat timbul pada proses pemulihan akibat latihan intensitas tinggi, diantaranya C-Reactive Protein (CRP), leukosit dan hitung jenis leukosit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Low Level Laser Therapy (LLLT) terhadap CRP, jumlah leukosit dan hitung jenis leukosit pada proses pemulihan setelah latihan interval intensitas tinggi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan eksperimental kuasi dengan rancangan randomized pretest posttest group dan control dengan single blinded design. Sampel berjumlah 20 orang, yang dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok, masing-masing 10 orang. Semua sampel menjalani latihan interval intensitas tinggi selama 30 menit, kemudian pada kelompok LLLT akan dilanjutkan dengan pemberian LLLT jenis infra red selama 2000 detik. Dilakukan pengambilan darah sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan pada semua kelompok. Data yang didapat akan diolah dengan menggunakan uji T dependent dan T independent bila berdistribusi normal, atau uji Wilcoxon rank dan Mann Whitney bila tidak berdistribusi normal dengan derajat kemaknaan p<0,05. Pada penelitian ini didapatkan LLLT efektif mempengaruhi nilai CRP, jumlah leukosit (p=0,002), neutrofil (p=0,034), limfosit (p=0,015) dan monosit (p=0,005), serta tidak terdapat pengaruh LLLT terhadap eosinofil (p=0,393) dan basofil setelah latihan. Disimpulkan LLLT mempengaruhi CRP, jumlah leukosit, neutrofil, limfosit dan monosit setelah latihan interval intensitas tinggi.

Objective : To observe improvement of symptoms of haematospermia after treatment with Magnetic infra-red laser therapy (MIL-therapy) in patients ofhaematospermia with Chronic Prostatitis. Method: Observational study was done on 30 male patients with haematospermiawith CPPS or Chronic prostatitis , age range varied from30 to 60 years. The study was conducted from 2004 to 2008 in a private medical center in Dhaka city.The MIL therapy in use has a wave length of 1000Hz. The Laser beam reaches the prostate and seminal vesical with a special optic probe. In this study the prostate anad seminal vesicle was examined per rectally by doing digital rectal examination with use of gloves and gel .The treatment schedule was one treatment every two days ( treatment time of 5 to 10 minutes ,wave length 1000Hz) for a total 10 application . After 10 application patients were asked for follow-up and data were collected and analysed. Result :Among 30 patients of Haematospermia with Chronic prostatitis aged between 30-60 years with complains of blood discharge in semen were under treatment with MIL therapy . 25 patients with haematospermia were cured and 04 patients improved after laser treatment . But 01 patient found not improved on patients history. Conclusion : Complains of patients and sign -symptoms cured and improved after MIL therapy. Objective : To observe the improvement of the symptoms of perineal heaviness and frequency after treatment with Magnetic Infra Red Laser therapy in patients of chronic pelvic pain syndrome /Chronic Prostatitis Methods : This study was an observational study done on 30 male patients with age range varied from 30 to 60 years .The study was conducted from 2009 to 2011 in a private medical center at Dhaka city . The MIL-therapy in use has a wave length of 904 nm and a frequency of 3000 Hz. The Laser beam reaches the prostate with a special optical probe. In this study the patient is examined per rectally after doing digital rectal examination with use of gloves and gel. At the beginning we used a “Laser Super Sonic” machine with endorectal optical probe according to Strada. The treatment schedule was one treatment every two days (treatment’s time of 5/10 minutes, wave length 1000 KHz) for a total of 10 applications. After 10 applications patients were asked for follow up and data were collected and analysed. Results : Out of 30 patients of chronic pelvic pain syndrome aged between 30-60 yrs were under treatment with MIL therapy. Among them only 22 patients were with complains of perineal heaviness, 20 patients were cured and 22 patients were with complains of frequency, 20 were cured and 02 were improved after laser treatment . Among 30 cases 23 patients found normal sized prostate and 07 found enlarged prostate on digital rectal examination and on USG findings, 21 were found normal sized , 09 found enlarged sized prostate and 07 patients had increased PVR . Conclusion : Treatment with Magnetic infra red laser therapy (MIL-therapy) gives useful effect on chronic pelvic pain syndrome (CPPS). The following short article gives a very good summary of the benefits of laser therapy and totally cured of symptoms . CPPS , a painful type of Chronic Prostatitis frequently troubles man for years. Among many sign and symptoms of CPPS , like perineal heaviness and frequency were observed and found very good effect after laser therapy. Scanning microscopy was used to study the surface of human gallstones and the surface of fractures. The specimens were obtained by operation, washed with water, dried at room temperature and shadowcasted with carbon and aluminum. Most of the specimens belong to patients from a series of X-ray follow-up study, examined during the last twenty years. So it was possible to evaluate approximately the age of these gallstones and to get information on the intensity of growing and solving.Cholesterol, a group of bile pigment substances and different salts of calcium, are the main components of human gallstones. By X-ray diffraction technique, infra-red spectroscopy and by chemical analysis it was demonstrated that all three components can be found in any gallstone. In the presence of water cholesterol crystallizes in pane-like plates of the triclinic crystal system.
