Our objective was to develop basic design criteria for use in fabricating a functional chamber for a red meat carcass cleaning unit. Emphasis was placed on eliminating the doors. A model carcass cleaning chamber was constructed to test effects of selected design parameters on direction and velocity of airflow. Based on data from the tests using the model, a full-scale chamber with no doors was designed, fabricated, and installed in a commercial packing plant for testing. The air moves into the chamber at both the entrance and the exit. This movement of air into the chamber prevents water droplets entrained in the air from escaping into the slaughtering area and causing condensation on the walls and roof.

Variable vector propeller has characteristics of small compact structure and lightweight, and the thrust in any direction can be generated due to the cyclical change of blade pitch angle. The structure of a propeller is a complex spatial mechanism, so its kinematic analysis is the basis of controlling the propeller, the dynamics research, the structural parameters design and checking of the propeller. The propeller considering the mechanism of disk connecting rod variable pitch as the basic design is researched in this study. The mechanism analysis was carried out by means of the mechanism theory, the spatial kinematic modeling for bodies was completed, the motion relationship was derived and the related kinematic equations were obtained.

Modulation transfer function resulting from random vibration was analyzed. To conclude that the effect of angular displacement was the major factor. Allowable MTF degradation was represented, and convert allowable MTF degradation into stable system design parameters, which can guide perfect design for stabilization system. Based on the spatial mechanism and translational principle of parallelogram, an irrotational displacement isolator was developed. It can meet the requirements of irrotational displacement and damp. An instance was given; and 34dB reduction was achieved at frequency of 100HZ. With the help of MSC.ADAMS simulation software, simulated curve proves correct for isolator, and the irrotational displacement mechanism was tested by optical method, coupled angle is less than 8″, it can satisfy the demand of aerial imaging.
