Purpose Bibliometric analysis allows examining a large volume of bibliometric data within an objective perspective. The purpose of this study is to conduct a bibliometric analysis to reveal the current status of human resource management (HRM) studies while exploring research trends and future directions. Design/methodology/approach Web of Science was chosen to identify studies in the field. In total, 1,404 articles were selected for bibliometric analysis. The VOSviewer program was used to analyze and visualize obtained data. Findings The findings revealed that the most frequently used keywords were job satisfaction, hospitality, tourism, HRM and work engagement. Karatepe and Baum were the most cited authors and Inoue (2011), Felps (2009), Shaw (2011), Gursoy (2008) and Cooper (2006) were the most cited documents in HRM studies in the hospitality and tourism domain. Research limitations/implications The study provides some theoretical and practical implications. The study findings can give researchers and practitioners insights into the current position of HRM studies and trend topics. Besides, it can be used as a practical guide for determining potential gaps in the literature. Originality/value This study contributes to the literature by bringing HRM studies in the hospitality and tourism fields together and revealing the current position of the inquiry by determining the most cited authors, articles, journals, organizations and collaborations among authors.

The role of mosque is not only for places of worship and religious activities, but it is also a place for building unity, caring for the welfare and helping to build the economy of the community, especially the local community. To ensure the mosque is functioning well, the accounting and financial reporting of the mosque is very important. The purpose of this study is to see how much previous research has been done in the field of mosque accounting. The methodology used is to use a bibliometric analysis of articles collected from the Scopus database. The results show that studies on mosque accounting only began to be published in Scopus indexed journals in 2011 and as of 2018, only 10 articles have been published. Most of the articles were published in 2016 and most of the writers are Muslim. The focus of the mosque's accounting studies is business, management, accounting, engineering, and environmental science and the majority of studies are conducted in countries where the majority of the population is Muslim. The findings of this study can provide a general overview of current research on mosque accounting, trends, and future directions of related research.

Purpose This study aims to identify evolution and advancement in the field of business-to-business (B2B) loyalty knowledge area by analyzing its intellectual structure. Design/methodology/approach The authors use bibliometric analysis for quantitative evaluation of scholarly studies published on B2B loyalty area over a period of 27 years (1993–2020). The authors analyze intellectual knowledge base of B2B loyalty area by looking into 263 studies with 14,028 references authored by 693 researchers. Findings The results provide a comprehensive review of B2B loyalty area by identifying its foundations, influential works and intellectual communication linkage between these works. Notably, the analysis reveals most cited studies, key authors, important keywords, intellectual turning points and emerging trends of research in the discipline. Research limitations/implications This study creates a baseline for presenting precise and comprehensive insights into research themes in B2B loyalty area, and identifies progressive trends over a period. This study is also helpful for researchers in identifying future directions of research in the discipline. Originality/value This study reveals the intellectual structure of B2B loyalty area.
