Two induced aggregation operators with novelly designed TOPSIS order-inducing variables are proposed: Induced Interval-valued Intuitionistic Fuzzy Hybrid Averaging (I-IIFHA) operator and Induced Interval-valued Intuitionistic Fuzzy Hybrid Geometric (I-IIFHG) operator. The merit of two aggregation operators is that they can consider additional preference information of decision maker’s attitudinal characteristics besides argument-dependent information and argument-independent information. Some desirable properties of I-IIFHA and I-IIFHG are studied and theoretical analysis also shows that they can include a wide range of aggregation operators as special cases. Further, we extend these operators to form a novel group decision-making method for selecting the most desirable alternative in multiple attribute multi-interest group decision-making problems with attribute values and decision maker’s interest values taking the form of interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy numbers, and application research to real estate purchase selection shows its practicality.

A Pythagorean fuzzy set (PFS) is one of the extensions of the intuitionistic fuzzy set which accommodate more uncertainties to depict the fuzzy information and hence its applications are more extensive. In the modern decision-making process, aggregation operators are regarded as a useful tool for assessing the given alternatives and whose target is to integrate all the given individual evaluation values into a collective one. Motivated by these primary characteristics, the aim of the present work is to explore a group of interactive hybrid weighted aggregation operators for assembling Pythagorean fuzzy sets to deal with the decision information. The proposed aggregation operators include interactive the hybrid weighted average, interactive hybrid weighted geometric and its generalized versions. The major advantages of the proposed operators to address the decision-making problems are (i) to consider the interaction among membership and non-membership grades of the Pythagorean fuzzy numbers, (ii) it has the property of idempotency and simple computation process, and (iii) it possess an adjust parameter value and can reflect the preference of decision-makers during the decision process. Furthermore, we introduce an innovative multiple attribute decision making (MADM) process under the PFS environment based on suggested operators and illustrate with numerous numerical cases to verify it. The comparative analysis as well as advantages of the proposed framework confirms the supremacies of the method.

Pythagorean fuzzy sets and interval-valued Pythagorean fuzzy sets are more proficient in handling uncertain and imprecise information than intuitionistic fuzzy sets and fuzzy sets. In this article, we put forward a chance-constraint programming method to solve linear programming network problems with interval-valued Pythagorean fuzzy constraints. This practice is developed using score function and upper and lower membership functions of interval-valued Pythagorean fuzzy numbers. The feasibility of the anticipated approach is illustrated by solving an airway network application and shown to be used to solve different types of network problems with objective function having interval-valued Pythagorean fuzzy numbers by employing it on shortest path problem and minimum spanning tree problem. Furthermore, a comparative examination was performed to validate the effectiveness and usefulness of the projected methodology.

For the sake of better handle the imprecise and uncertain information in decision making problems(DMPs), linguistic interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy numbers(LIVIFNs) based aggregation operators (AOS) are proposed by combining extended Copulas (ECs), extended Co-copulas (ECCs), power average operator and linguistic interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy information (LIVIFI). First of all, ECs and ECCs, some specifics of ECs and ECCs, score and accuracy functions of LIVIFNs are gained. Then, based on ECs and ECCs, several aggregation operators are proposed to aggregate LIVIFI, which can offer decision makers (DMs) desirable generality and flexibility. In addition, the desired properties of proposed AOS are discussed. Last but not least, a MAGDM approach is constructed based on proposed AOs; Consequently, the effectiveness of the proposed approach is verified by a numerical example, and then the advantages are showed by comparing with other approaches.
