In China countryside, the government policies encouraging individual farmers to construct biogas digester were strongly promoted to take clean biogas as the main household energy consumption, replacing the traditional way of biomass combustion energy. The construction and application situation of biogas digester since the new energy policies implementation was surveyed with the method of questionnaire survey, discussed and analyzed in detail with classification analysis method. The feedback of survey reports shows that three important factors including subsequent technical services, the shortage of financial support and insufficient fermentation raw material, have badly hampered the extensive construction of biogas digester and comprehensive utilization of biogas in different fields.

~Nda form that appear at the end of the Japanese sentence serves as the modalities of explanation and conjecture. This modalities often used in conversations. Therefore it may be expressed this modality has a significant role in building a Japanese sentence structure. This study focused on the use of the modality ~ noda through speech tangible examples of data taken from the drama series Kareni yoroshiku Sono toki (2007). From the data source will get a variety of shapes ~ nodesu, as well known in the utterances with what illocutionary ~  nodesu used, and how the role of ~ nodesu in the utterance. In order to get the results of the analysis in accordance with the problem, then the data were analyzed using mean semantics or pragmatics with contextual analysis method and the padan analysis method. Based on the analysis, it is known modality ~ noda possible to be able to appear and be used in utterances that contain illocutionary meaning: to say to the form ~ nda, apologized to the shape of ~ ndesukedo, inquire with the form ~ ndesuka, blaming the form ~ ndayo, thanks to ~ ndesune form, stating the form ~ ndatte, assured by the shape datte ~ ndayo.

This paper reports a new four-dimensional energy-saving and emission-reduction chaotic system. The system is obtained in accordance with the complicated relationship between energy saving and emission reduction, carbon emission, economic growth, and new energy development. The dynamics behavior of the system will be analyzed by means of Lyapunov exponents and equilibrium points. Linear feedback control methods are used to suppress chaos to unstable equilibrium. Numerical simulations are presented to show these results.

With the proposal of a sustainable development strategy, the development of new energy is accelerating day by day. The impact of new energy on economic growth has become increasingly apparent. Therefore, this article will analyse the characteristics and development status of new energy. This article focuses on the analysis of the development of new energy in China, including the current data on wind energy and biomass energy in China, so as to put forward the influence factors of the development of new energy on economic construction. At the same time, it also proposed a new energy development strategy centred on economic growth. The purpose of this article is to guide the coordinated development of new energy development and economic growth.

Solar energy development at the New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization (NEDO) is concerned with reducing the cost of photovoltaic (PV) systems by promoting low cost, high efficiency solar cell manufacturing technology and photovoltaic system demonstations. The first involves reducing the cost of solar cell modules by producing better silicon materials and improving fabrication techniques. A number of demonstration systems are in operation.
