Due to energy reserves reduces gradually and uneven distribution, all countries pay more and more attention to energy saving and improve the effective utilization of energy, China also attaches great important to this. Energy saving of buildings is a necessary development trend. Air conditioning system as a large important part of building energy consumption has a huge energy-saving potential. This article mainly introduced the related strategies of energy saving in central air conditioning water system from the following three points of view: the water treatment, the cooling tower, and the variable frequency pump.

This paper introduces the components of central air-conditioning system and compares the advantages and disadvantages of the PID control and fuzzy control.Fuzzy control theory and inverter technology are combined to design the Energy-Saving Monitoring System based on the fuzzy control box of STM32F103C8T6,Siemens S7-200 PLC, ABB inverter as the hardware system and interfaces configuration of KingView as the software. Experimental results show that the water system can be variable flow controlled based on the dynamic load, central air-conditioning energy efficiency the COP has greatly improved under the premise of ensuring the comfort of central air-conditioning.

Through to investigation on present situation of the Changzhou Changrui Hotel air conditioning system energy consumption, by analysis the energy consumption, the power consumption of hotel central air-conditioning system charge 58% of the total electric, accounted for a large proportion. So we should take the necessary measures to reduce the expenses of air conditioning system energy consumption. According to the analysis of data on the survey, we put forward some particular energy-saving measures of central air-conditioning system of the hotel, including strengthening the building envelope insulation, energy saving technology of doors and windows, measures of roof energy saving, setting reasonable indoor temperature, adopting frequency control air-conditioning, reuse waste heat of the central air-conditioning, using the condensation water of central air conditioning to make-up water and reducing temperature of cooling tower , and drying the fresh air independently.

This research is study of the air conditioning by used fuzzy logic control to analysis. It will take into account the energy savings and the room temperature remained in range of comfort zone for the resident's satisfaction. To control % AC compressor and fan speed. The system was simulated and designed simulation model of fuzzy logic controlled on Matlab program to monitor energy consumption and temperature of the room. The results indicate that thermal comfort of the room together with energy saving can be obtained through fuzzy logic controlled .At a temperature setting of 25 °C and defined heat load in the room, the energy saving for the system is calculated to 30.77 % for fuzzy controllers when compared with on-off condition.

Building energy research has been focused on the study of improving the efficiency of equipment operation and operating control mode, rather than the management of central air conditioning system terminal. In fact, large amounts of energy can be conserved through that study. And terminal temperature of the central air conditioning with automatic detection is necessary to fulfill the energy-saving with the management of central air conditioning system terminal. An automatic terminal temperature detection of central air conditioning system based on wireless communication mode has been designed. It can transfer data to the monitoring center to provide reference data to fulfill the energy-saving.

To improve the energy efficiency of central air-conditioning system, established a central air-conditioning control system based on fuzzy prediction control and LonWorks. Fuzzy prediction controller design consist of upper computer and lower computer. Upper computer fuzzy control program written in VB to achieve system main components of energy conservation, and used the "WebAccess" to monitor the air-conditioning system. Lower computer used the Neuron C language program to achieve energy-saving of air-conditioning terminal equipment and downloaded to the intelligent node of neuron chip to achieve energy-saving control. Finally, given the fuzzy control effect diagram.
