Since the reform and opening up, China’s rapid economic growth mainly depends on the industrial development mode of “high energy consumption and high pollution,” which has caused serious haze pollution. In order to achieve the goal of haze control and sustainable development, we need to give full play to the role of technological innovation. Empirical analysis of the haze control effect of technological innovation has theoretical significance and practical value. Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2005 to 2018 and the PM2.5 concentration data published by the atmospheric composition analysis group of Dalhousie University, this study selects R&D personnel input and technology market turnover to represent the level of technological innovation and uses the panel data model, threshold effect model, and spatial Durbin model to empirically analyze the impact of technological innovation on haze pollution control. The empirical results show that 1) technological innovation can significantly reduce the PM2.5 concentration of the province, showing a positive haze control effect; 2) technological innovation indicates a negative indirect effect on PM2.5 concentration, confirming the “technology spillover effect,” that is, technological innovation also has a haze control effect on the surrounding provinces; 3) with the increase in the province’s economic aggregate, the haze control effect of technological innovation shows a trend of “high low high,” and the role of technological innovation is the lowest in the stage of economic transformation; and 4) from the perspective of regional differentiation, the haze control effect of technological innovation is the largest in the central region, and the smallest in the western region. Technological innovation indicates a positive haze control effect on all regions at all stages of economic development. This study provides policy suggestions for the government and enterprises to use innovation for cleaner production and sustainable development.

Ostrinia furnacalis is an important borer on maize. Long-term and large-scale planting of transgenic corn has led O. furnacalis evolving resistance and reducing the control effect. Recently, high levels of resistance to Bt Cry1 toxins have been reported to be genetically linked to the mutation or down-regulation of ABC transporter subfamily G gene ABCG4 in O. furnacalis. In order to further determine the relationship between ABCG4 gene and the resistance to Cry1 toxins in O. furnacalis, the novel CRISPR/Cas9 genome engineering system was utilized to successfully construct ABCG4-KO knockout homozygous strain. Bioassay results indicated that an ABCG4-KO strain had a higher resistance to Cry1 proteins compared with a susceptible strain (ACB-BtS). The result indicates that the ABCG4 gene may act as a receptor of the Bt Cry1 toxin in O. furnacalis. Furthermore, the development time was significantly changed in the early stage ABCG4-KO larvae, and the population parameters were also significantly changed. In summary, our CRISPR/Cas9-mediated genome editing study presents evidence that ABCG4 gene is a functional receptor for Bt Cry1 toxins, laying the foundation for further clarification of the Bt resistance mechanism.

In order to improve the decision-making and control effect of autonomous vehicles, in this paper, combined with literature research and process analysis, the control algorithm of autopilot vehicle is analyzed, and the driving process is analyzed combined with the flow method. In order to improve the effect of autonomous driving, with the support of improved algorithms, an integrated decision-making control system for autonomous vehicles under multi-task constraints in intelligent traffic scenarios is constructed, and system performance is improved by simulating autonomous driving decisions in a variety of complex situations. Moreover, this paper designs the road driving model according to actual needs, sets the functional modules of the entire system, and build the overall framework of the system. Finally, in order to study the integrated decision-making effect of this system, this paper conducts test research by designing a simulation test method. From the simulation test results, it can be seen that the intelligent decision-making system for autonomous vehicles constructed in this paper has certain effects.

The quality of hydrocarbon source rocks is affected by the sedimentary paleoenvironment. A paleoenvironment with anoxia and a high paleoproductivity is beneficial to source rocks. The paleoenvironment of the Lower Ordovician Meitan Formation of the Sichuan Basin and its adjacent areas is lacking, restricting the oil and gas exploration of the Ordovician in the Sichuan Basin and its adjacent areas. In this paper, the content of major and trace elements of 50 samples was tested to clarify the paleoenvironment of the Meitan Formation. The paleoclimate, paleosalinity, paleoredox, and paleoproductivity during the deposition of the Meitan Formation were analyzed. The control effect of the paleoenvironment on the development of source rocks was clarified, and the favorable paleoenvironment for source rock development was pointed out. The results show that the paleoenvironment of the Meitan Formation has the following characteristics: humidity, brackish water, oxygen depletion, anoxia environment, and high paleoproductivity. These characteristics are conducive to the development of poor and moderate source rocks. The source rocks of the Meitan Formation were developed in the north, west, and south of the Sichuan Basin and its adjacent areas. The organic matter of the source rocks is mainly typed II1 kerogen, and the quality is evaluated as poor-medium source rocks having the potential of generating oil and gas. This study can provide fundamental parameters for the further exploration of Ordovician petroleum.

Aiming at the problems of poor control effect and poor stability of the mixed pulse system with the traditional method, this paper introduces the M-matrix to establish the pulse delay differential indefinite formula and realize stability control of the mixed pulse system. The synchronization problem of mixed-pulse systems in complex networks is analyzed using M matrix. The local coupling strength of the impulsive system is controlled according to the adaptive method. A class of Multi-Lyapunov functions is constructed for stability control of hybrid impulsive systems. The proposed method is proved to have better control effect through experiments.

AbstractCOVID-19 has been wreaking havoc on the world for close to two years. As the virus continues to mutate, epidemic prevention and control has become a long and experienced war. In the face of the sudden spread of virus strains, how to quickly and effectively formulate prevention and control plans are essential to ensuring the safety and social stability of cities. This paper is based on the characteristics, namely, its persistence and the high transmissibility of mutated strains, as well as the database of epidemic prevention and control plans formed as part of the existing prevention and control measures. Then, epidemic prevention experts select effective alternatives from the program database and rank their preferences through the preliminary analysis of the local epidemic situation. The process of the integration scheme aims to minimize the differences in an effort to maximize the needs of the local epidemic. Once the consensus ranking of the scheme is obtained, the final prevention and control scheme can be determined. The proposed method of this paper can optimize the opinions of the epidemic prevention expert group and form a consensus decision, whilst also saving time by carrying out the work effectively, which is of certain practical significance to the prevention and control effect of local outbreaks.

Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide (GLP), which is the primary active ingredient in G. lucidum, has been widely used in functional food and clinical medicine. However, it is rarely reported in the prevention and control of plant diseases. In this study, we found that the GLP can increase the germination rates and seedling heights of maize and wheat. We also found that the combination of GLP and chemical fungicides as a seed coating chemical compound has a control effect of more than 75% on the primary soil-borne diseases of the wheat and maize growing areas in both greenhouse and field trials. Furthermore, the combination of GLP and chemical fungicides prolongs the lasting period and reduces the application dosage of the chemical fungicides by half. In addition, GLP seed dressing could increase the resistance-related gene expression of the TPS and WRKY53 in maize and WMS533, NbPR1a, and RS33 in wheat. The combination of GLP and low-dose chemical fungicides proved to be an effective way to effectively prevent wheat sharp eyespot, root rot, and maize stalk rot in the wheat and maize continuous cropping areas in the North China Plain and to reduce pesticide use and increase crop yield.
