PCNL is gold standard treatment of pelvis stone more than 2 cm. Since 1970 that PCNL was introduced, multiple methods including mini PCNL, Lap assisted PCNL and etc. were used to increase the efficacy and decrease the complications of PCNL in different patients. We describe a new method of PCNL for the first time for extracting 7 cm renal stone without fragmentation and we called it EN BLOCK PCNL. Our technique had no complication and caused lower operative time and hospital stay.

ABSTRACTA ZnO single crystal is a native substrate for epitaxial growth of high-quality thin films of ZnO-based Group II-oxides (e.g. ZnO, ZnMgO, ZnCdO) for variety of devices, such as UV and visible-light emitting diodes (LEDs), UV laser diodes and solar-blind UV detectors. Currently, commercially available ZnO single crystal wafers are produced using a hydrothermal technique. The main drawback of hydrothermal growth technique is that the ZnO crystals contain large amounts of alkaline metals, such as Li and K. These alkaline metals are electrically active and hence can be detrimental to device performances. In this paper, results from a recently developed novel growth technique for ZnO single crystal boules are presented. Lithium-free ZnO single crystal boules of up to 1 inch in diameter was demonstrated using the novel technique. Results from crystal growth and materials characterization will be discussed.

We report a case of a 7-year-old child with urolithiasis in autotransplanted kidney treated with minipercutaneous nephrolithotomy. The patient presented with hematuria and graft hydronephrosis. Diagnostic procedures revealed ureterolithiasis as a cause of obstruction and blood in urine. Mini-percutaneous nephrolithotomy was successfully performed and during surgery, all stone fragments were removed.

Intentional replantation is a procedure in which an intentional tooth extraction is performed followed by reinsertion of the extracted tooth into its own alveolus. In this article, intentional replantation is described and discussed as a treatment approach for failed root canal treatment with broken instrument periapically in mandibular second molar.

Parabolic partial differential equation having a great impact on our scientific, engineering and technology. Enormous research have been conducted for the solution of parabolic PDEs. . In this research work, we introduced a novel technique for the numerical solution of fourth order PDEs.  The novel technique is based upon the polynomial cubic cutting method (PCSM) was used with Adomian breakdown technique (ADM).The constraint for the alternative variables was decomposed by Edomian decomposition for the successive approximation. A numerical test problem of parabolic PDEs solved by purposed technique

Purpose: To evaluate the feasibility, safety and efficacy of one-shot dilation (OSD) in percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL). Materials and Methods: In a prospective randomised study including 62 patients divided into two groups, the first had RD before PCNL using the standard metallic telescopic dilators (Alken), and the second had RD using the 30-F Amplatz dilator over the central Alken dilator. The operative duration, with X-ray exposure, was calculated. The procedure outcome in terms of complications, stone-free rates and hospital stay was evaluated statistically. Results : The tract was dilated correctly in all cases. The operative duration and X-ray exposure was shorter in patients undergoing single-step RD (P < 0.05). There were perioperative complications, according to the Clavien grading system, in 15 (25%) patients but there was no statistically significant difference between the groups. The stone-free rates were comparable in both groups. Conclusion : A single-step RD during PCNL is feasible, with a shorter operative duration and X-ray exposure. The outcomes were comparable with those of a standard metallic telescopic RD Bangladesh Journal of Urology, Vol. 20, No. 2, July 2017 p.70-73
