The Research have done started from February to June 2013, have purpose to compare the population abudance and difference of morphometric Telescopium telescopium in two different observation places. The sampling point determined by method of random sampling. The sample has taken by plot measurement 10x10 m and the sub plot measurement 1x1 m placed in 5 pieces plot measurement 10x10 m.The research result got 62 individual Telescopium telescopium in research location with the density value 0.155 (ind/m²) at 1st location and 297 individual Telescopium telescopium with the density value 0.7425 (ind/m²) at 2nd location. The average measurement result (length and dimeter) morphometric of Telescopium telescopium found at mangrove habitat in Sungai Bongkok was length 8.94 cm and diameter 4.73 cm. The morphometric average measurement result (length and diameter) Telescopium telescopium found at mangrove habitat around the garbage disposal Punggur was length 4.66 cm and diameter 2.54 cm. Keywords: Population Abundance; Morphometric; Telescopium telescopium.

Waste management is still defined as limited to collection, transportation and garbage disposal. The follow-up of the meaning is the provision of facilities such as garbage bins, garbage trucks and waste collection land. Waste management has not included waste separation. Segregation of waste can minimize the amount of waste that must be discharged to the final place. Segregation of waste can supply recyclable raw materials and handicrafts made from garbage. The manufacture of handicraft products from garbage is still local and requires socialization and training. It is needed to increase the number of craftsmen and garbage absorption on the crafters. Through careful socialization and training, citizens' awareness of waste management becomes advanced by making handicrafts of economic value from waste materials.

Abstract Pearl dace (Semotilus margarita) were held in cages and exposed to mine effluents, municipal wastewater effluents, a combination of the two, or to the combination in addition to runoff from a garbage disposal facility. Fish exposed to mining effluents only had the lowest mean lengths and weights but highest concentrations of As, Ni and Hg and lowest Zn in their viscera. Fish exposed to municipal wastewater effluents only had the highest concentrations of Cd and metallothionein in their viscera. Histopathological analyses of gill and liver tissues revealed a higher incidence of lesions in fish exposed to municipal wastewater effluents. These fish also had the highest LSIs, condition factors and mean vitellogenin concentrations in plasma from males. Fish exposed near the garbage disposal site had the highest concentrations of Pb and Se in their viscera.

Abstract: A residential dump transport to a temporary garbage disposal medium using a human-powered dump cart is not humane. An electrical-powered propulsion system can be one of the eco-friendly system which can be implemented to the cart, thus substitutes the human’s role to do so. This propulsion is analyzed by using vehicle dynamic analysis. Vehicle dynamic analysis which is conducted, discuss tractive effort which overcomes resistances during vehicle’s movement and accelerates the vehicle, and specification of drive train, used to drive it. Based on analytical result, it is obtained an electric dump cart model which can move at a 25 km/h maximum velocity, 20° maximum inclination while it is empty loaded, and 10° maximum inclination while it is fully loaded.
