Now a days, waste management is becoming a big issue. Due to improper waste disposal and management, society is facing environmental contamination problems which affects directly on human beings. Garbage separation is also a difficult task for the workers. People are not aware of these problems and do not dispose the garbage at proper places which leads to garbage accumulation at public places. So, to encourage people for proper garbage disposal this paper deals with the concept which will provide platform to dispose of waste in a more scientific and user-friendly. In return they will be rewarded in a cashless manner through means of digital payments and free coupons etc. The nature(wet or dry) and weight of garbage disposed in the machine will be sensed for segregating it in two section. The user will be rewarded according to the weight of garbage. Flow of the operations will be programmed in Arduino Uno micro-controller, sensors and GSM technology. This system leads to collection and segregation of waste at one place, for effective recycling and to reduce environmental. Also this will helps us to contribute in Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan scheme launched by the government of India.

Urban sanitation and hazard risk reduction strategies that aim to maintain a clean and healthy society will only be successful and sustainable if it includes educating and training the people on how to handle their household waste.  Nations and organisations must innovate in order to sustain the health of population growth and other global demands.  It is not easy to obtain a complete assessment of risk involve in any undertaking.  The problem is even more in an innovative project like the case of hysacam waste disposal in Buea and Bamenda in Cameroon. What distinguishes standard processes from innovation is their level of uncertainty.  Therefore, ways of assessing and addressing the magnitude of risks involve must come high on the list of techniques for managing innovations.  The risk surrounding garbage disposal in Cameroon is a course for concern. The objective of this paper is to present and discuss the assumptions which underlie the key frame of reference used to understand waste disposal in order to make garbage disposal using the new system risk free and sustainable.  The study focuses on household’s waste disposal in Bamenda and Buea towns in Cameroon. According to prior studies in this area, (Jake Ansell & Frank Wharton 1992; Keith Goffin & Rick Mitchell 2005) risk is an unavoidable feature of human existence. Neither man nor organisations/societies can survive for long without taking risks.  Mark and Eve (2006) suggest that people be advised to separate organic waste from solid waste before depositing for collection to a compositing depot. Data was gathered through face to face interview with those disposing garbage and the population concern. In all, 150 people were interviewed, 5 employees holding executive posts, 35 workers involve in the day to day carrying of garbage, 100 service users in the town of Buea and Bamenda where the service is being delivered and 10 people, both service delivers and service users in Douala (Cameroon) where such a service started and has since been operating for long (since the 1960s) were interviewed.  Data is analysed both qualitative and quantitative.  Result suggests that while the innovative garbage disposal technique is good as it is quick and cover large areas, keeps the city clean for healthy living, it is an innovative action therefore, both the service providers and users need to be trained (educated) to make the service worthwhile and sustainable. Education will empower people with appropriate knowledge on how to handle garbage with care. The implications would be: reduced risk of bacterial spread in streets, reduced ardour, clean air and quality well being greatly improved.  The validity of the study lies in its ability to spread information that can improve the operation system of garbage disposal, making the service attain its objective of keeping a city clean and promote healthy living.

Background: Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) is a virus that has only been spreading since 2020, this virus is a new type of virus (SARS-CoV-2). The spread of this virus is very fast which can cause social and economic problems that occur in almost all over the world, including Indonesia. One of the places that can cause the spread of Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) is the market. The purpose of this study is to analyze the condition of the Randik market sanitation facilities during the Covid-19 pandemic. Methods : This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The information obtained is through in-depth interviews, observation and document review. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The information obtained is through in-depth interviews, observation and document review. Results and Discussion : The results of this study indicate that the implementation of a healthy market has not met the requirements but is good enough because it refers to the Kepmenkes RI No. 519 of 2008 concerning a healthy market. From the aspect of clean water that has never been tested, bathroom / toilet facilities that do not have a closed trash can, garbage disposal facilities that do not have proper / separate trash boxes between organic and inorganic waste and there is no separation of wet and dry waste , hand washing facilities are already available using soap, equipped with a sink, but there is no provision for a dryer, drainage does not flow because it is blocked by a lot of garbage in the drain and the drainage is not managed first, PHBS on traders and visitors have not implemented requirements such as not using PPE completely while on the market, not maintaining personal hygiene such as not washing hands before and after activities, not maintaining environmental hygiene, often littering. Conclusion : It can be concluded that the implementation of a healthy market has not met the requirements in the guidelines for the Minister of Health No. 519 of 2008 concerning a healthy market. The suggestions from this research are the existence of clean water testing, provision of separate garbage disposal boxes and provide directions for traders and visitors to sort waste.

AbstractIn this study, researchers focused on environmental health, which began to be disturbed by the activities of car or motorcycle drivers who arbitrarily throw garbage on the highway. The lack of public concern for the environment is starting to decrease, therefore by writing this journal it is hoped that it can change the mindset or mindset of the community in using the highway to stay safe and comfortable. In addition, it is also to provide advice to the government so that it does not only make regulations but does not apply these rules properly in the field.
