In order to improve construction site management, we make the architect’ position as the starting point for our research ,analyze the similarities and differences between the project manager and the architect and transform the traditional building construction management system from centralized system into flat -like system. Furthermore, we propose that the implementation of the system must be assisted with the construction of credit system and the establishment and implementation of personal practice insurance system.

Abstract: Problems in construction projects caused by the extension of working time and an increase in labor costs. A limited ability of project management contribute to the decline in the quality of project work. The quality of project manager has an important role to smooth a construction project. Dedication in this profession requires project managers to carry out the work going according to plan. Analyzing the quality of the project manager for the implementation of construction projectsis one wayto measure the quality of a project. It needs  a right measurements way to providean accurate assessment of qualified and reliable project managers. This study aimed to obtain and analyze the factors that affect the quality of the project manager and its to construction projects.This used a sample of 45 respondents from several construction projects in the area of Badung and Denpasar during the period 2007-2012. The method used in this study is the method of multiple linear regression analysis by testing for the F-test and t-test. The results found 8 dominant factor that has a value eigen values??> 1. Sequentially, the factors that have been named are experience 41.63%,  education 9.278%, knowledge 7.240%, ability 5.088%, character 4.047%, network 3.843%, relationship communication 3.550%, confidence 3.357%. Influence the quality of the project manager on the performance fee of 51.9%, against 43.1% for quality performance, on-time performance, with a value of 57.9%. The results of this study prove that the powerful influence between the quality of the construction project manager to the implementation of construction projects.

FIDIC contract terms content is quite widespread, it cover project management, technology, economy, law, insurance and so on. It is a normative document been revolve around construction project consultation and management. FIDIC made very detailed regulations to construction management three fields (investment control, quality control and progress control) from law, management, economy, technology and other fields. FIDIC had been became internationally recognized standardization document. It could be use every stage of construction management. This paper through analyze FIDIC contract and combine current construction management state,finally give some advices for construction management.

Abstract Intellectual and emotional intelligences are two important competences of project managers for the success or failure of a construction project. This study aims to investigate how often project managers utilize these two intelligences in running their project. It will also take a look the intelligence that construction personnel expect more from their project manager. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to construction personnel that were working on ongoing projects. The results show that the project managers use both intellectual and emotional intelligences, with mean values of 4.20 and 4.12 respectively. Meanwhile, results from analytical hierarchy process analyses portray that the project team members expect the project managers to exhibit emotional intelligence more than intellectual intelligence with weight of 66.40% and 33.60% respectively. The study also conducts several analyses by using respondents’ and project managers’ general information.
