On Twisted Odd Graphs

The twisted odd graphs are obtained from the well-known odd graphs through an involutive automorphism. As expected, the twisted odd graphs share some of the interesting properties of the odd graphs but, in general, they seem to have a more involved structure. Here we study some of their basic properties, such as their automorphism group, diameter, and spectrum. They turn out to be examples of the so-called boundary graphs, which are graphs satisfying an extremal property that arises from a bound for the diameter of a graph in terms of its distinct eigenvalues.

A Hadamard matrix of order n is an n by n matrix of 1’s and − 1’s such that HHt − nI. In such a matrix n is necessarily 1, 2 or a multiple of 4. Two Hadamard matrices H1 and H2 are called equivalent if there exist monomial matrices P, Q with PH1Q = H2. An automorphism of a Hadamard matrix H is an equivalence of the matrix to itself, i.e. a pair (P, Q) of monomial matrices such that PHQ = H. In other words, an automorphism of H is a permutation of its rows followed by multiplication of some rows by − 1, which leads to reordering of its columns and multiplication of some columns by − 1. The set of all automorphisms form a group under composition called the automorphism group (Aut H) of H. The basic properties of international public goods are analyzed in the paper. Special attention is paid to the typology of international public goods: pure and impure, excludable and nonexcludable, club goods, regional public goods, joint products. The author argues that social construction of international public good depends on many factors, for example, government economic policy. Aggregation technologies in the supply of global public goods are examined.

This paper deals with the concepts of semi generalized closed sets in strong generalized topological spaces such as $sg^{\star \star}_\mu$-closed set, $sg^{\star \star}_\mu$-open set, $g^{\star \star}_\mu$-closed set, $g^{\star \star}_\mu$-open set and studied some of its basic properties included with $sg^{\star \star}_\mu$-continuous maps, $sg^{\star \star}_\mu$-irresolute maps and $T_\frac{1}{2}$-space in strong generalized topological spaces.

In this paper we give a new family of numbers, called ??-Whitney numbers, which gives generalization of many types of Whitney numbers and Stirling numbers. Some basic properties of these numbers such as recurrence relations, explicit formulas and generating functions are given. Finally many interesting special cases are derived.
