AbstractAutomated writing assistance – a category that encompasses a variety of computer-based tools that help with writing – has been around in one form or another for 60 years, although it’s always been a relatively minor part of the NLP landscape. But the category has been given a substantial boost from recent advances in deep learning. We review some history, look at where things stand today, and consider where things might be going.

Deep learning is a computer-based modeling approach, which is made up of many processing layers that are used to understand the representation of data with several levels of abstraction. This review paper presents the state of the art in deep learning to highlight the major challenges and contributions in computer vision. This work mainly gives an overview of the current understanding of deep learning and their approaches in solving traditional artificial intelligence problems. These computational models enhanced its application in object detection, visual object recognition, speech recognition, face recognition, vision for driverless cars, virtual assistants, and many other fields such as genomics and drug discovery. Finally, this paper also showcases the current developments and challenges in training deep neural network.

Abstract Recent advances in deep learning have given rise to a new paradigm of holographic image reconstruction and phase recovery techniques with real-time performance. Through data-driven approaches, these emerging techniques have overcome some of the challenges associated with existing holographic image reconstruction methods while also minimizing the hardware requirements of holography. These recent advances open up a myriad of new opportunities for the use of coherent imaging systems in biomedical and engineering research and related applications.
