CIn order to build gray level co-occurrence matrix suitable to natural texture, a method based on separable criterion was proposed. Combined correlation matrix of feature parameters with character of natural texture, 5 independent feature parameters are extracted from 11 feature parameters of gray level co-occurrence matrix (GLCM). Building factors of GLCM, which is appropriate to describe wood texture, are confirmed by using the separable criterion, when d equals to 2 and g equals to 16.

This article explores frame building in Scottish television coverage of the 2014 independence referendum. It uses content analysis of news and current affairs coverage and semi-structured interviews with broadcasters and their sources to explain how factors internal and external to the media may be specifically connected to the prominence of generic issue and game frames in the coverage. It argues that broadcasters’ perception of their role in this event and the powerful influence of political sources were factors that encouraged policy-focused coverage, while the journalistic routine of balance and media organizations’ perceptions of what would attract audiences favoured the strategic game frame.

The design-basis is an idea of presentation of bent and compressed a boundary support unit in the form of a beam on elastic base where a tensile membrane as an elastic base is continuously connected with a boundary support along its full length. Effective building factors of a cross section for a boundary support and a membrane, values of space-stiffness factors are obtained for conditions of Ukraine. Similar numerical research carried out for membrane roof on circular layout together with relative stiffness factors, sag and a lateral load enables to make some aspects of analytical technique of calculation for strength and stability analysis more precise.
