In this context, we can reiterate that innovative changes have been defined and analysed from the perspective of the need of university change in the direction of their assimilation within institutions. In addition, the innovative potential of the Republic of Moldova was evaluated from the perspective of the analysis of the categories of scientific researchers, of the research fields, of the expenses undertaken by the state for the development of scientific researches. The research methodology focused on the use of several methods: analysis, synthesis, induction, abduction, deduction, qualitative research through documentation, scientific abstraction. In conclusion, we can reiterate that the Republic of Moldova has a valuable innovation potential, which can lead the country to achieve sustainability. The best solution would be the efficient capitalization of the innovative potential of the country but also its direction towards ensuring an ecological-economic-social balance, in the context of applying a management of university sustainability within higher education institutions.

The purpose of this article is to study the necessity of creation and road maps usage as an effective ‎tool in order to create novel approaches for managing innovative high-tech projects using the author-developed criterion of innovative ‎tension, interpreted as the difference of potentials of participants in the innovation process — the ‎donor-enterprise of innovations and the recipient-enterprise of innovations.‎ The method of comparative analysis of various forms of organization of the innovation process and the corresponding variants of the ‎ratio of innovative potentials of participating enterprises was used. As a result of the conducted research, methodical approaches to evaluate innovation potentials of donors-enterprises of innovations and enterprises-recipients of innovations were developed. A ‎criterion for estimating the innovative potential in the donor-recipient system, so-called innovative stress, is formulated. An attempt to disclose the importance of methodological support of road maps on the example of ‎innovative projects is made.

Purpose of the study: The quality of work-life focuses on everyone's attention. This innovative concept led us to look for appropriate ways to put it into practice in academic environments, particularly within the University of Constantine 3 in Algeria's teaching community and to which we are affiliated. Methodology: An online survey has been conducted for the attainment of the purpose. It has collected the lecturer’s satisfaction levels with their framework and working conditions. The researcher, therefore, targeted two groups of respondents to obtain the most varied possible feedbacks. The first group came from a social branch and the second from a technical one. A questionnaire was sent to both groups Main Findings: Results were cross-referenced with the objectives of the 2020-2024 establishment project initiated by the same University. The latter wants to prioritize wellbeing, improve the framework and means available to teachers. These cross-referenced elements have revealed a great concordance between the teachers' expectations and the University’s undertaken project. This shows promising prospects for the realization of high human quality. Applications of the study: The study is a perfect recommendation to emphasize the pre-eminence of High Human Quality HHQ in universities and make its economic, social, and environmental interest prevail for more sustainable, more competitive, and more attractive university spaces... Novelty/Originality of the study: Participating in these ongoing reflections allows us to make our reflections even more engaging. The human capital becomes then the essential element on which this research focuses: It is a question of searching for the probable reasons for its unproductivity and working to make it the instigator of the HHQ Label within the University.

Theoretical approaches to the definition of the concept of “innovative potential” based on the paradigm of the knowledge economy are considered. The origin and development of the concepts of “innovative potential” and “knowledge economy” are investigated. The main types of economy are  analyzed and the distinguishing features of each of them are highlighted. The main components of innovative potential in accordance with the type of knowledge are identified. The basic relationship between the knowledge economy and innovative potential at the micro and macro levels is justified. It has been confirmed that the knowledge-based economy of knowledge focuses on a person as the main source of knowledge, which it embodies in tangible and intangible forms, transfers this knowledge and aims to commercialize it. The innovative potential shows the readiness of the system to produce new knowledge by using existing knowledge. The theory of human capital and modern principles of its development are considered. The latest achievements, trends and sources of information that relate to the knowledge economy and innovative potential are analyzed: the human capital index, the global innovation index, and the global competitiveness index. The main trends in the pharmaceutical field and the state of innovation in it are considered. The practical connection between the development of the knowledge economy and innovative potential at the enterprise level is revealed. A survey of consumers in relation to pharmaceutical products of national and foreign manufacturers was conducted, because according to a statistical analysis, problems with the mismatch between the capabilities of foreign manufacturers and national manufacturers were identified, negatively affect the process of commercialization of knowledge by enterprises. The main problems of pharmaceutical enterprises from the point of view of the knowledge economy are identified. The relevance of this issue is emphasized by the recovery of society and the world economy from the shocks of the pandemic, one of the tasks of this period is not to miss the opportunity to instill useful changes in society in its daily life and to increase the effectiveness. The ending year for all residents of Kazakhstan has become a time of severe trials. Due to the extraordinary situation, the attention was directed primarily at the capital, but everyone was looking for a way out. Many regions of the republic have demonstrated the ability to take a blow and seek internal reserves. The coronavirus has forced a full-scale reassessment of values. Basically, the pandemic just once again reminded of the long-known and somewhere banal things: food security, medical sovereignty, organizational resource, law and order. But things are banal because they have been tested from generation to generation. World Bank experts call 2020 and 2021 the most difficult years for the economy of Kazakhstan over the past two decades. The consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic were more devastating to the economy than the crises of 2008 and 2015.
