With the widespread application of Geographic Information System (GIS) technology in urban green space management system, the refinement of greening management puts forward the demand for upgrading the system. Taking the construction of urban green space management system in Wuxi as an example, this paper reverses the conventional operation of building database before system, and puts forward the method of management-oriented system upgrading. Through the research on the status quo of urban greening management, starting from the analysis of management requirements, the management requirements are transformed into system design requirements, so that the system upgrade is guided by the urban greening management requirements. It solves the problems of large amount of and time-consuming data input during the upgrading and construction of the system, which leads to long process and data lag when it is put into use. After the rapid upgrade, along with the refinement of daily management, the system has been continuously improved, and has received good results in the depth and breadth of data.

the technology of radio frequency identification (RFID) is an automatic non-contact identification technique, which uses radio frequency signal to recognize target automatically, and access to data of relevant information, and can effectively complete the rapid identification of traffic information system. In this paper, the characteristics and basic principle of radio frequency identification technology are described, the application of RFID in intelligent traffic management system for identifying vehicle identity information, automatic peccancy disposal, non-stop electronic toll collection are analyzed. The results show that, the application of RFID in intelligent traffic management system, greatly improves the management efficiency of traffic system, has bright application prospect.

In order to improve service efficiency of logistics enterprises and save resources invested for expanding their scales, this paper proposed a development program to realize a logistics management based on Windows Azure. The architecture of Windows Azure was described in detail and such database services as Table and Sql Azure were analyzed comparatively. Then database table and its logistics management modules for the system were designed. This system was simulated on local machines. It has run well and reached the design requirements of the logistics management basically.

Nuclear power plants commissioning is an entire inspection and verification process of systems and equipments carried out by commissioning party, to prove that the overall performance of system, equipment and unit can meet the design requirements, operation criteria and nuclear safety criteria, and the plant is qualified for long-term stable and safe operation. As commissioning work has the characteristic of long lasting time, broad scope, high technology and lots of interfaces, and so on, it must be carried out under a set of scientific management system, to accord with requirements of “six controls” of commissioning work. The text aims at researching and investigating into commissioning management system that is in accordance with CPR1000 nuclear power plant commissioning through analysis of constitutes and practice situation of Ling AO phase II project commissioning management system, so as to instruct and standardize the commissioning management of nuclear power plants.

In order to grasp the whole growth process of breeding cotton and establish the growth records of breeding cotton, the article proposes the design of breeding cotton growth management system based on MMS. The main idea is that field image acquisition terminals capture a live image in breeding cotton plots at a specific time every day, and send the live image to the monitoring center through the GPRS networks, then breeding cotton experts write cotton growth log and propose the next management advice for cotton based on the returned live image. At the same time, all the information will be written to the database in the monitoring center. The application of the system is able to not only save manpower costs, by tracking and analyzing the whole growth process of breeding cotton, but also summarize the successful breeding experience and failures. At the same time, the application of the system promotes cotton breeding and cotton management more scientific. After the actual testing, the system works stable and reliable, and meets the design requirements.

India is a developing country. Increase in personal vehicles comes with the development of a country parallely. This has led to rise in congestion in large cities. So, we need a better traffic management system. The purpose of this project is to create a traffic system which is adaptive to the present traffic scenario in a lane. Usually, we have fixed average waiting time for all lanes. This project suggests to change the average waiting time by monitoring the number of vehicles in a lane. The data will be sent to central system through internet, which will decide the timing for signal according to the dumped program. This project also, suggests implementing congestion lights at previous intersections, so that drivers can change lanes at the situation of congestion. The system is useful in emergencies and it also, helps in reducing pollution and traffic congestion.
