Novel flower-like CoNi2S4/CNT composites are prepared by the precursor transformation method. Ultrahigh specific capacitance and good rate capability are achieved. The desirable mesoporous structure and high conductivity give the superior performance.

A novel sandwich-like structured Co–Al LDH–CNT composite has been successfully synthesized. The as-prepared Co–Al LDHs–CNTs composite exhibites a high specific capacitance and a good cycle stability over 2000 cycles

A mesoporous manganese oxide/carbon nanotube composite was successfully synthesized via interfacial surfactant assembly. The electrochemical utilization of MnO2 was greatly improved due to the synergetic effect of the mesoporous structure and the CNTs.
