The amphibious UAV combines the advantages of multi rotor UAV and line inspection robot. It can carry out two working modes: air flight and online driving. It can observe the running state of transmission line and improve the quality of patrol. In this paper, a fuzzy PID control algorithm is proposed to make the amphibious UAV flight control more flexible and close to the transmission line, and the simulation and software control process design are carried out.

In order to further optimize the methods of patrol and inspection in transmission line, Flight-Sliding type inspection robot is designed, which combines the advantages of Quadrotor and inspection robot. The robot has a flight and online inspection function. Due to overshoot phenomenon can not occur in the process of the robot flying to power lines and hanging, Fuzzy PID control algorithm is selected. The algorithm complies with the requirements of flight control. Matlab simulations indicate that Fuzzy PID control algorithm is effective in flight control of Flight-Sliding type inspection robot.

Pneumatic position servo is a rapidly growing-up technology, control strategy play a key role in system performance. This article studies pneumatic position servo system, through applying the control algorithm of intelligent fuzzy PID, it has settled the difficulties of building precise mathematics model by traditional control methods and the problems of exceeding or lagging in the control process. The experiments show that, the control has achieved the expected results, and has large prospects for application in the area of industry automatization.

According to the set temperature, the parameter self-tuning fuzzy PID control algorithm is used furnace temperature automatic control and fuzzy PID control process to make use of the MATLAB simulation. Simulation results show that compared with conventional PID control, the parameter self-tuning fuzzy PID control algorithm improves the system response, shorten the adjusting time, enhances the disruptive, demonstrate the superiority of the fuzzy PID.

Thermal print head heating realtime temperature fluctuations are too large, often causing damage to the print head heating point, resulting in poor print quality and unsatisfactory print results. Therefore, in order to improve the stability of the thermal print head during printing, and at the same time solve the inefficiency of the traditional single chip microcomputer control of the thermal print head heating method, a field programmable gate array (FPGA) based thermal print head heating control method is proposed. In order to control the core, the intelligent fuzzy PID control algorithm is used to ensure that the temperature of the print head can be stabilized quickly. Through simulation and experimental verification, it is shown that the intelligent fuzzy PID control algorithm greatly improves the temperature stabilization effect, and the time required to reach stability short, not only improve the printing accuracy, but also extend the life of the print head.

This paper mainly describes the reasons for compressor surge and damage, and provide the traditional control method, which can not meet the growing needs, the improved control method, which according to the data using least squares curve to determine surge control regression equation and make the compressor operate safely by using the fuzzy PID control algorithm on the parameter adjustment.
