“People-oriented” and “Energy saving” are the two major themes of current social development. In the field of thermal comfort, establishment of thermal comfort model based on physiological parameters plays an important role in meeting the needs of human health and comfort, optimizing the design of building environment and building energy saving. In this paper, three types of physiological signals (skin temperature, skin conductance and heart rate) were collected through comfort physiological experiments. The changes of the three types of physiological signals under environmental temperature were analyzed. Furthermore, subjective questionnaire survey of human thermal comfort under five experimental conditions was performed. In addition, the thermal comfort evaluation model based on individual differences was established by partial least squares regression and ELM-RBF neural network. The established models were compared with the classical PMV model to analyze the superiority of the model. The results show that the thermal comfort evaluation model based on individual differences established by ELM-RBF neural network can better predict the trend of people's thermal comfort and satisfy the individual's demand for thermal comfort. Meanwhile, it can achieve the goal of building energy saving. Therefore, it has high practical and social significance.

Based on the build-and-run cycle of the energy-conservation building, this paper studied from the perspective of building energy-saving. It analyzed the amount of increased investment through the analysis of build-and-run cycle cost and economic benefits of the energy-conservation building throughout the life cycle.Finally it establishes an economic evaluation model for the energy-saving building.

Based on the analysis on civil engineering of existing old-age real estate building energy saving, this paper builts comprehensive evaluation index system, and analyzes its evaluation index content and determines the standards. Using grey relational analysis to establish the simplified evaluation index system,and based on artificial neural network, this paper then establishes a comprehensive evaluation model of urban old-age real estate building energy saving, which not only helps to control building energy saving effect, but also helps to guide new old-age real estate building energy saving to carry out, and promotes the development of civil engineering industry.

With the improvement of peoples living standard, decreasing of heating energy consumption is significant for building energy saving. The practice of household heat metering system can accelerate the promotion process of household metering, regulation and control. This can improve the indoor thermal comfort of residential building and energy saving awareness, so that it will promote the development of building energy saving and emission reduction. In this paper, room temperature control and household heat metering system are optimally designed, and intelligent on-off valve regulation is developed to control room temperature. The results show that heat waste is greatly reduced by using household heat metering system and a better thermal comfort is obtained.

As a systems engineering, the primary factor of building energy-saving is determined, and the essential factor's reciprocity is researched, and then, divides the multi-essential factors into the tower system hierarchical structure for solving matter about the single index evaluation formed synthesis results of multi index. Mathematical model of tower appraisal system, with multi-index, is established based on the system theory and the analytic hierarchy method. And the evaluation model established is applied to the actual construction to carry on the multi-index comprehensive quantification evaluation to confirm model being feasibility and the validity.
