With the rapid development of automation control technology, the majority of enterprises have begun to introduce automation equipment, but in some photovoltaic cell production in the enterprise, for the crystal silicon pile of temperature control in the process is still in the traditional way of manual control, this way of temperature control for the employee’s personal safety demand is higher, there is a certain risk. Aimed at this problem, this paper designed a crystal silicon velvet temperature control system based on MCU, the system consists of DS18B20 temperature sensor, 51 single chip microcomputer, sound and light alarm system, LCD1602 display module and motor drive module, the implementation of the system of velvet groove temperature monitoring, to ensure that the quality of the crystal silicon cell, through the simulation test system is stable, reliable and has certain practical application and popularization value.

This paper is to design a kind of temperature control system that could satisfy the requirement of baking equipment used for farm product. The system installed an AT89S51 single chip microcomputer as controller. The structure of the system was loop-locked and the temperature was detected by a team of DS18B20 digital sensors. The simulation of the temperature control system was implemented by the Simulink. The result indicates that the system can realize the function of controlling the temperature variation of the baking house.

Computer measurement and control technology, the traditional electronic measuring changed dramatically in the principle, function, accuracy and automation degree, degree of automation of the scientific experiment and application engineering to improve. Temperature control key lies in the two aspects of temperature measurement and control. Temperature measurement is based on temperature control, this technology is quite mature. But because of the increasingly complex control object, control in the temperature still exist many problems. This thesis presents the design of industrial temperature resistance furnace computer using PID algorithm, Smith predictive control algorithm, darin algorithm, three algorithms are studied based on the control system, and the control algorithm was simulated using the MATLAB simulation software, and the advanced control algorithm is studied [1-3].

In order to control the temperature of Antiseptic Machine, the temperature control method based on fuzzy theory is presented. A program of temperature control system based on fuzzy theory is designed. The program transmits the temperature signal which is got from temperature sensor to single chip and then transmits the control signal to Digital-to-Analog Converter (DAC). The purpose is to control the corresponding solenoid valve work so that the Pakistan antiseptic machine’s temperature can be controlled.

Vacuum heat treatment furnace temperature parameter is a large time delay, nonlinear,time-varying and complex control objects, Single-chip computer is used as the control core to achieve the temperature control through the fuzzy control algorithm, the hardware structure an software design process are given in this paper, the control precision, dynamic characteristics, and optimization of the performance are improved by this control system.

The features and working principle of single-wire digital temperature sensor DS18B20 are introduced. Through applying single chip microcontroller AT89C51, the water bath temperature control system is designed based on DS18B20. The paper also gives the structure of the hardware device, main design of software and the C51 program of DS18B20. In the end, the experimental result shows that the DS18B20 system has a higher accuracy.
