In the article, functional requirements need to be analyzed for Chongqing four manufacturing execution systems in cold-rolled steel production line. Combined with the idea of design of the system it can be proposed overall design of information systems and network topologies. Meanwhile, it can also be designed technology and production performance modules based the ERP system platform. Focus on design the production performance of functional modules and interface combined with 1450 actual production process. Production data to be collected need to be establishing the simulation model of the node .Do achieve the simulation of the actual production process. Meantime, the simulation data will be collected to the production performance module through the interface with the real-time database. Chongqing four steel companies as state Enterprises, it should be attached great importance to enterprise information. It has not basically realized the bottom of the production process control system, but also the initial establishment of the upper information management system. However, the underlying automation system and upper management information systems are not integrated. This situation seriously affects the application of effective information systems. The method can only deal with the current manual operations, which leads to the following series of questions: the basis of the data delay line failure; Based data acquisition product line transmission efficiency is low and error rate is high; Production site data scattered in many different processes link manually using the original production data acquisition and transmission are difficult to track products from production through to finished off the assembly line of the whole process; Top manufacturing information system based on production data can not directly access to hard to complete implementation of its functions. In response to these problems, Chongqing four steel companies build MES system, marketing integration, the information management systems and process control systems integration as a whole, and thus the implementation of ERP systems and decision support systems, and further enhance their core competitiveness.[1,7]

This paper studies the production process of a shipbuilding enterprise. The company suffers from long manufacturing cycle, low utilization rate of personnel and an unbalanced production line. To solve these problems, the lean shipbuilding mode, mainly divided into shipbuilding work breakdown, production plan and virtual flow operation in this paper, is put forward, which combines the lean production and modern information management technology with shipbuilding. Supported by the theory of work breakdown structure and task package scheduling, the shipbuilding task package is reasonably divided. The priority of task package manufacturing is determined by calculating the task package manufacturing sequence coefficient, and a reasonable number of operators is calculated to ensure the continuity of segmented manufacturing. After determining the manufacturing priority of the task pack and the number of allocable personnel, the corresponding work can be scheduled. Production planning drives all production activities of the shipbuilding enterprise, and just-in-time production is achieved through the reasonable arrangement of these production plans, thus reducing the waste of personnel and time. Then, the virtual flow operation is carried out, which can achieve high efficiency of flow production and high flexibility of fixed workstation production during the production process of large-scale and heavy-duty products. The virtual assembly production system of the workshop is established according to the characteristics of shipbuilding operation and the actual production situation. On this basis, a lean shipbuilding manufacturing execution system for small and medium-sized shipbuilding enterprises is developed to achieve lean production in a shipbuilding workshop. Through the implementation of the lean shipbuilding mode based on task package scheduling and its manufacturing execution system, compared with the original data, the ship production cycle is reduced to 76.7%, the number of workers is reduced by 16.7% and the production balance rate is up to 81%.

Ceramics are the oldest art objects ever produced by humans since prehistoric times. Ceramics are made from clay and will change character when exposed to high temperatures above 1200 degrees celsius. Ceramic product is covered with a layer of glass which is a glaze and has a high resistance to temperature or heat. This research aims to document the production of glaze color systematically using various types of stone in Sabah such as Sungai Moyog stone, Lombong Mamut stone, and stone in Sports Complex, Ranau on the surface of the specimen body produced using by kaolin. In addition, this research also aims to identify the response of experimental samples using a mixture of different percentages using the formula Triaxial Line Blend on the surface of kaolin involving aspects of the material, type of combustion, and decoration techniques. The production of glaze color using natural materials which is a Sungai Moyog stone, Lombong Mamut stone, and Sports Complex stone found around Ranau and Kota Kinabalu, Sabah is an innovation in the production of color sourced from natural materials as well as efforts to develop the ceramic industry in Malaysia. It is more to the production of natural materials that have undergone the production process to produce a new glaze color. Preliminary studies using samples from color agents which are Sungai Moyog stone, Lombong Mamut stone, and Ranau Sports Complex stone were conducted experimentally. The research includes the preparation and formulation of glaze using the material until it successfully produces color pigments according to the temperature reaction and the type of combustion that has been implemented. This research also aims to study the suitability of glaze color on the surface of ceramic products such as kaolin. In conclusion, through this research, we will better understand the processes and ways how to produce glaze color in the ceramic industry by using natural materials found in the environment. Through this research as well, it is possible to identify the minerals present in the experimental materials that influence the reaction in the production of ceramic glaze color.
