Smart energy station plays the pivotal role of power grid in energy collection, transmission, conversion and utilization due to its characteristics of multi-station integration. In order to accurately evaluate the energy efficiency level of smart energy stations and achieve economic and efficient electricity consumption, an energy efficiency evaluation system suitable for the form of three stations in one is proposed. Firstly, the influencing factors of energy consumption of each station are analyzed, the index system of smart energy stations is established, and the calculation method of each index is given. Secondly, based on the index system of energy efficiency, through the combination of the subjective weighting method and entropy evaluation method to determine the index weight, combined with the score and weight of energy efficiency for smart energy efficiency assessment, based on three different running environment of wisdom energy station simulation comparison, get the efficiency score, verify the feasibility of the assessment method, and gives specific suggestions on saving energy consumption.

Currently, boiler efficiency evaluation system is always established on the method of heat balance based on the first law of thermodynamics as the main indicator, it is imperfect. Using Exergy method, which is based on the first and the second law of thermodynamics, not only focus on energy consumption, but also take the useful energy utilization levels into account, combined with evaluation of environmental indicators, the evaluation index system is established for energy-efficient of boilers. Then, in view of the structural characteristics of the index system, using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method evaluates the energy efficiency of boilers. Finally, by using this evaluation method, energy efficiency was studied.

Abstract With the constantly upgrading of the living level of urban residents, the types and quantities of domestic appliances continue to increase, and the electricity consumption behaviour is becoming more and more complex. Based on the fine-grained user energy consumption data obtained by load intelligent perception, this paper proposes a user energy efficiency evaluation method through fuzzy comprehension evaluation. First, the energy consumption characteristics at appliance level which can effectively represent energy consumption behaviour of users are designed and filtered, and then the energy efficiency evaluation strategy of appliances based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is established. The strategy adopts two-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. The first appliance-level fuzzy evaluation realizes the energy efficiency evaluation of the appliances. The second level is the comprehensive evaluation of user energy efficiency based on the appliance energy efficiency assessment, and the target users are divided into different energy efficiency levels. The measured data-based analysis results prove the effectiveness of the proposed method, and the results can guide users to optimize their electricity consumption behaviour scientifically and realize energy saving and carbon reduction.

Abstract In the design of cruise ships, it is necessary to make them have an excellent level of energy efficiency and at the same time provide tourists with a good comfort experience. Therefore, it is urgent to explore the balance between cruise comfort and energy efficiency. Based on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory, a cruise comfort evaluation system was established combined with the “Cruise Leisure Design Index” issued by China Classification Society; according to the characteristics of cruise ships, a specific “Energy Efficiency Design Index” (EEDI) for cruise ships was proposed. From the perspective of a life cycle, the “Life Cycle Assessment” (LCA) was applied to the cruise design. Meanwhile, the EEDI-LCA cruise ship energy efficiency model was established, and the baseline fitting and comparative analysis were carried out. The combination weighting method combines comfort index and energy efficiency index to establish a cruise ship comfort and energy efficiency evaluation system. The model was verified with a 60,000-ton MSC Sinfonia cruise ship. The results show that the model can find a comparatively good balance between comfort and energy efficiency so that the cruise ship’s energy can be reduced without sacrificing comfort. The balance is a good guide on the selection of cruise design parameters.

The exergy consumption during the transportation of heated oil includes four items: valid and invalid pressure exergy consumption, valid and invalid heat exergy consumption. These four parts are taken as the same loss in traditional evaluation systems of pipeline energy consumption, which somewhat hinders the further energy-conservation study. So establishing a scientific exergy consumption evaluation system is an important basis work of energy efficiency management. Based on the index system of energy efficiency for pipeline proposed by predecessors, the meaning of energy quality for exergy and the categories of exergy flow, the energy consumption index set of exergy transfer is set up in this article. Moreover, by computing exergy consumption index of exergy transfer for an oil pipeline in Daqing Oilfield, a part of representative indexes are selected by analyzing the obtained data with correlation coefficient method. Finally, the exergy consumption evaluation system is constructed.

Abstract Traditional civil aviation security check measures are focused on baggage rather than passengers. The goal of this study is to enhance the level and effectiveness of security measures. We propose an anomalous behavior detection technique for civil aviation passengers and a passenger risk-assessment method based on a neural network method. A large number of real cases were analyzed and summarized to extract indicators of anomalous behavior of civil aviation passengers, and an index system was developed to detect anomalous behavior of passengers at checkpoints. A neural network method was used to evaluate the passengers and classify the risk level to detect potentially dangerous personnel, monitor people, and create an emergency warning system. The synthetic minority oversampling technique (SMOTE), the conjugate gradient method, and a multilayer perceptron neural network were used to classify the risk level of passengers at checkpoints. The results demonstrated that the proposed index system and evaluation method were well suited to deal with the ambiguity and uncertainty in the recognition process. The anomalous behavior of civil aviation passengers at checkpoints and the associated threat level were accurately identified.

At present, there is a lack of regional comprehensive energy multi-dimensional evaluation system and calculation of different quality energy in the energy efficiency evaluation of regional integrated energy system. Based on this, this article carries out research on multi-dimensional energy efficiency evaluation index system and evaluation methods. First, this article form quantifiable evaluation indicators from the aspects of energy supply subsystem energy efficiency, energy conversion subsystem energy efficiency, grid energy efficiency, economic benefits and social benefits, and clarify the calculation methods of each evaluation indicator. Then this article calculate the indicator combination weight. Finally, a multi-dimensional energy efficiency assessment method for a regional integrated energy system is proposed, and an example is used to prove the effectiveness of the method.

The implementation of energy efficiency measures and use of renewable energy sources in educational buildings can significantly contribute to reducing energy consumption, but also to CO2 emissions in the entire public sector. The paper shows the comparison of energy consumption indicators for 61 elementary school buildings which have previously been divided in 12 groups, according to the period of construction and size, based on the national typology called TABULA, as the first step of further study on how to use the renewable energy sources. The aim of this paper is to use the energy benchmarking process to select representative facilities which are suitable for applying renewable energy sources, for their further energy efficiency improvement. Indicators of annual specific electricity consumption and CO2 emissions per unit area [kWh/m2] and per user [kWh/user] were calculated. After that, from two groups (in which the highest electricity consumption and CO2 emissions are 68.37% and 74.53% of the total consumption/ emissions), one representative facility was selected.
