Aiming at the energy waste problem in the modern hotel, hotel intelligent control system applied the PAC, internet communication, touch screen and on-scene communication technology, combined with human-based management mode. Practices substantiate that the system is safe and reliable, presenting good man-machine interactivity, reducing the energy consumption and costs, improving the market competitiveness of the hotel.Modern hotel should the clean production, energy resources’ saving, which is also an important step of environment protection that has been repeatedly asserted. Hotel is a typical representative as for energy consumption. It is estimated that the power consumption in a medium-sized (300 rooms) star hotel open for business, runs up to 500 to 700 KWH annually [1]. Therefore, it is of great significance to promote energy conservation in hotel. "Intelligent hotel energy conservation and environmental protection control system" is built around the concept of energy-saving and consumption reducing. Meanwhile, it surrounds three themes: utilization of new energy, energy efficiency, environment protection. It cherishes an comprehensive modern facility, which include central air-conditioning, boilers, water cycle, lights, intelligent garage and all the installation deserved. Its study is a prospective and practical one.

With the development and progress of society, people have higher and higher requirements for indoor high temperature and humidity environment. The traditional air conditioning system uses temperature and humidity as control parameters, which has a single control goal, low comfort, and high energy consumption. The purpose of this study is to use predicted mean vote (PMV) thermal comfort index and green building to analyze the intelligent control system of indoor environment. Our intelligent research platform is a set of “intelligent” experimental platforms. The sample data were divided into human metabolic rate, human external work, and heat resistance of clothes, temperature, and air. According to the PMV value, velocity, relative humidity, and average radiation temperature are divided into three categories, which are composed of seven parameters. According to the survey results, PMV at 24°C fluctuates around 0.5, which is an important value for human thermal comfort, and people will feel more comfortable. When the temperature reaches 26°C, the PMV index will reach 0.6 or even more than 0.6, and the human body will be in an unpleasant state due to overheating. In addition, the higher the wind speed is, the smaller the PMV value is and the stronger the cooling effect is. The higher the temperature is, the smaller the influence of wind speed on PMV value is. In other words, the sensitivity of the human body to wind speed will be reduced. In this study, the PMV index intelligent control system can adjust the indoor environment properly, and the conclusion is that the energy consumption and use effect are superior to air conditioning equipment. This research has contributed to the development of intelligent buildings.

The development of intelligent control system based on environmental parameters tobacco redrying. The use of the FNN neural network to determine the temperature and humidity of the air conditioning units running time, on this basis, the paper presents an improved network of four framework structure. The model has a simple calculation; each layer of the network the derivation are obvious physical meaning, stability control safety and energy conservation in the actual operation.

How to reduce the energy consumption of the central air-conditioning is important for the building energy efficiency. The energy efficiency reconstruction of the central air-conditioning system on one library in Guangzhou is completed with the network control system self-developed. The operational control and operational management is integrated in the network control system. The energy consumption before and after reconstruction about the air-conditioning system of the library is detected and analyzed in the paper. The result shows the mode that operational control and operational management integrated has better energy efficiency.

Aimed at the problem of huge energy consumption of traditional office air conditioning units, this paper has put forward a new energy-saving and high-efficient office air-conditioning system for centralized work place which is independent in air supplying and can supply cooling or heat on demand and has adopted intelligent control. The paper introduced the structure and working principles of the new air conditioning system, for example, the innovative distributed air supplying system, the frequency-converting air conditioning technology and intelligent control system. The paper also analyzed the advantages of performance, and the new air conditioning system is more energy-saving and comfortable compared with the traditional air conditioning system.
