ABSTRACT Objective: to identify the main biosafety measures for preventing COVID-19 in healthcare professionals. Methods: this is an integrative literature review, with studies published between January and July 2020, on the MEDLINE/PubMed, Scopus, Embase, Web of Science, LILACS, SciELo, Wiley Online Library, Cochrane CINAHL databases. The selection of studies followed the PRISMA recommendations. Results: among the 2,208 publications identified, 12 studies comprised the sample, which enabled the analysis in four thematic categories: The importance of using recommendations about the use of personal protective equipment; The restructuring of new operational and clinical routines and flows in the practice of services; Monitoring professionals, especially testing; Conducting training. Conclusions: the phenomena involved are innumerable, covering operational management and the training of teams to deal with highly infectious pathogens and disease outbreaks.

The paper discusses the problem of optimal regulation of aircraft assignments for airline flights. Due to the fact that the activities of the airline are subject to changes caused by both external and internal environment, the planned schedule needs continuous management and control. In the event when the actual flight schedule deviates from the planned one, it is necessary to promptly make a decision on adjusting (restoring) the schedule and reassigning aircraft. Operational schedule management involves making adjustments to the current schedule from a depth of several hours to several days. The solution to the problem is to determine the unambiguous correspondence of flights and specific aircraft subject to maximizing the likelihood of meeting production targets and observing a number of restrictions. The task of managing airline schedules belongs to the class of scheduling optimization problems for parallel-sequential systems studied within the scheduling theory. It is NP-hard and requires the development of computationally efficient solution algorithms. However, the issue of choosing criteria for the optimization problem deserves special attention, since the correct choice plays an essential role in terms of assessing the effectiveness of decision-making. In the theory of decision-making, no general method for choosing the optimality criteria has been found. The definition of the target criterion depends on the expectations of the production. Within the framework of this paper, an original criterion is proposed for constructing an optimal solution to the discrete problem of managing aircraft assignments, the main idea of which is to find a balance between the duration of the schedule and the number of flights with a negative deviation from the planned schedule by assessing the level of punctuality violation risk. The paper gives a detailed concept of punctuality, describes an approach to assessing the level of risk, and also proposes an original formal formulation of the task of operational management of aircraft assignments based on the criterion of minimizing the risk of violation of flight punctuality.

An interrelated set of methods for synthesis, static and dynamic comparison of various admissible scenarios for development of industrial-natural systems is briefly introduced and analyzed. These methods make it possible to solve various issues of design, strategic and operational management of such systems including emergencies, as well as to coordinate interactions of several decision makers involved within one system.

Within the framework of the methodological support being developed for the planning and management of the fleet of a small shipping company, the task of synthesizing a management system has been solved. The structure and parameters of the system are determined based on the specified requirements for the conditions of its operation, as well as ways to ensure the goals of the functioning of the fleet management system of a small shipping company. The concept of a small, medium or large shipping company is defined by the number of vessels under operational management. It is noted that due to the variability of the economic situation in the transportation market in modern market conditions, permanent "rigid" connections between the elements of the transport system are not formed and the problem of coordinating the work of these elements exists only at the level of operational planning and regulation for small shipping companies. Therefore, it is necessary and sufficient to limit the system under study to the framework of flight planning. The fleet management system at this level in trump shipping traditionally consists of two consecutive subprocesses: the formation of vessel traffic patterns and the assignment of specific vessels to these schemes. The main result of the study is that a new management system structure was formed on the basis of a system analysis of processes in the conditions of working with a small fleet and identified addition-al tasks and requirements for the system. Distinctive features of the new structure from the prototype: the process of arranging transport vessels has been replaced by the process of determining the optimal composition of the leased fleet; two auxiliary subprocesses have been added to manage additional operations if necessary to unload cargo on an unequipped shore.

The article presents an analysis of the impact of urban transport on the environmental situation in the metropolis. A variant of the database modification based on the results of monitoring of the level of pollution of the atmosphere, soil mantle and water surface is proposed. Data integration will allow assessing the effectiveness of the measures applied in the city to reduce the negative impact of urban transport and make operational management decisions.

The role of human resources (HR) in a company is very significant and has enormous potential to carry out company activities. Therefore, humans function as the main driving force in every activity carried out by the company. Therefore, human resources should be empowered as much as possible in order to be able to produce optimal output. Good HR management will also affect the increase in company productivity and profitability. And one way that can be taken is by increasing the loyalty and performance of employees to develop companies . This study uses a qualitative method by taking place at Ayee Cafe, Mojoroto-Kediri. The purpose of this study was to determine the operational management Ayee Cafe and how the strategy is to increase employee loyalty and performance. Ayee cafe has a special way to increase employee loyalty and performance that has been implemented for the last 5 years. Ayee cafe also considers all those involved in helping its business as employees. It's just that the owner's job is to manage the business, if the boss makes himself the owner, there will be no discipline. Because what comes to mind is that the owner's name is only receiving the results, that's what the owner of Ayee Cafe avoids. Keywords: strategy, loyalty, employee performance

The strategic management represents current direction of management. It is applied in all types of enterprises, including small and medium sized ones. Using principles of process management within SMEs has its limitations caused mainly by the size of the enterprise and the related focus on operational management. Other specifics are function accumulation, informal leadership, preference of oral communication to written, etc. Nevertheless, implementation of strategic management can increase competitiveness, reduce costs, improve decision-making, facilitate implementation of the employee motivation system, shorten delivery times, raise quality of customer satisfaction, etc. The aim of this article is to find out how to what extent SMEs implement the principles of strategic management.

This study analyses the causes behind the difficulties encountered by Iraqi economy in rebuilding, provision of value added tax (VAT), formation and implementation effects in case of applying it to the Iraqi markets. In contrast to accounts that lay stress on Iraq’s statist past, we argue that the sustained decline in formal institutions and poor tax administration is the best explanation for Iraq’s economic decline. In addition to the selected micro-economic interventions, we recommend policies that more dependably and equitably distribute oil rents, such as a universal basic value added tax collection. Our recommendations thus contrast sharply with the approaches that emphasize a reduced role by the state. The aim is to facilitate the development of VAT model under conditions of lowered conflict and greater stability, a binding constraint on development for Iraqi economy. The development process for the VAT operational management in Iraqi markets. VAT operates as a transactional sales tax, often compliance in Iraqi market jurisdiction can be compromised where purchasers are a part of a scheme that operates a fraud mechanism or where supplies are made to consumers without any physical presence in destination countries. In this context, enforcement nexus must be reinforced through several mechanisms suggested in the literature.
