Low-grade students still have difficulty in writing. Writing delays can hinder the learning process. This study aimed to develop writing learning video products for first-grade elementary school students whose validity has been tested. This research refers to the ADDIE development model procedure. However, this study did not implement and evaluate stages due to limited time, effort, resources, and finance. The subjects of this study were two material experts, two media experts, and two practitioners. The object of this research is the validity of the writing learning video. The data collection of this research used a questionnaire method by providing assessment sheets to two media expert lecturers, two material expert lecturers, and two first-grade elementary school teachers. The data from the validation results from the experts were then analyzed using the mean formula to determine the average validity score of the writing learning videos. The analysis results showed that the average validation score for writing learning videos is 4.44 with very good criteria. The average score of validation for writing learning video materials is 4.06 with very good criteria. Based on the analysis results, the writing learning video for first-grade students of SD was declared valid and had very good criteria.

Academic burnout in elementary school students is very important to note because in this elementary school all academic experience will be formed. Failure to experience education in elementary schools properly will have a wide and disparate impact on the lives of students. This study aims to reduce the academic burnout experienced by elementary school students. For this reason, collaborative action research is conducted between teachers and researchers. Collaborative research, since planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating, as well as reflection is carried out jointly between teachers and researchers. The study subjects were five low-grade students who showed symptoms of experiencing academic burnout. Application of group activities as actions in the form of three games for students, namely picture puzzles, serialized stories, and throwing balls. Observation and interview as the main technique in collecting data. Qualitative analysis is used to analyze the process and results of actions. The results showed that the application of group activities was effective in reducing the academic burnout of five research subjects. All students showed positive changes in behavior, no longer showing symptoms of emotional fatigue, depersonalization, and feelings of inferiority or inadequacy. Research implications and recommendations are discussed.

SDN Sudimoro 1 Bululawang subdistrict has not done extracurricular activities of dance art, from some guardians initiative to involve his children to follow the dance and dance arts in the local dance studio. At the time of art performances, the school finds it difficult to find a dance coach because of the lack of coaches, locations that are too far from the citizens and lack of material about children's dance. Based on the condition of SDN Sudimoro 1, it is very important to be held about dance training for elementary school students, especially low grade. This devotional activity is held five days, the first day of delivery of basic ant dance material, second day until the five participants perform the practice of motion variety of ant dance along with the floor pattern. The purpose of the workshop is to improve students' ability in maximizing the use of ant dance as a suitable learning in dance, developing and creating cultural art learning materials, especially dance art related to the concept, and improving students ability and skill.
