Abstract The work is devoted to problem of information exchange between elements and devices of a telecommunication network for laser technological complex. The laser complex is a combination of hardware and software designed to carry out operations based on the use of laser radiation. Laser complex structure provides a possibility of remote control through a client-server system built on the basis of TCP/IP protocol. The main requirements for industrial network of the complex are performance and predictability of information delivery time. To solve this problem, a probabilistic model for calculating the numerical characteristics of the distribution of requests timeout for external commands from control/monitoring nodes is proposed.

Web-based Code Management System (WCMS) is an essential tool for realizing information exchange in distant collaborative product design and manufacturing among global-based enterprises. A framework for WCMS is built up on a three-tier client/server system and the WCMS is developed utilizing JAVA and J2EE technologies. The developed WCMS mainly uses servlets and JSP to handle user inputs and manage and retrieve code data from the database through the JDBC driver, with the server components stored on a middleware program called Tomcat. The WCMS developed in this work has been successfully implemented in an enterprise.

<span>At the moment, all observed forms of communication are reduced either to a person-to-person scheme or person-to-device. But the Internet of Things (IoT) offers us a tremendous Internet future, in which will appear the communication type machine-machine (M2M). This makes it possible to integrate all communications into a common infrastructure, allowing not only to manage everything that is around us but also providing information about the state of these things. The purpose of this paper is to create the client part of the client-server system for remote control of home appliances using cloud services through commands entered using handwritten words. For this, we develop algorithms and methods for handwriting recognition using neural networks and implement a mobile application on the Android platform, which allows remote control of devices via cloud services based on commands entered using handwritten words. Anyway, this article will give a good understanding to other researchers who want to start their research on the IoT and will contribute to the effective accumulation of knowledge.</span>

Abstract Communication via the Internet, regardless use of available tools, contributed significantly in reduced time of data flow and feedback reception. This is particularly important in case of companies with a complex structure and branches around the world. Information is available here for almost „at fingertips”, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, regardless the time zone. Internet has also shortened the distance between message sender and recipient - in the form of direct information exchange (i.e. email exchange), as well as simplified the issue of indirect reach (i.e. via social networking sites or online campaigns). Although in literature of the subject many authors performed the analysis of mass communication models, but to no avail would seek for the flow chart strictly dedicated to the electronic exchange information. This article aims to present the model of online communication, drawing on best practices of mass communication and at the same time implementing components of the electronic promotion. The paper is also contributed to show the universality of such model application in the exchange of information within electronic means, which seems important in case of intercultural management.
