Digital transformations entail continually reviewing the various Communication models and processes. The influence of the media themselves as agenda setters for an ever more active audience and social networks that select and make certain content they receive viral are also affected by such a convergent context. This current research analyses a model called here the ‘triple agenda’ within the media themselves, in which the journalistic criterion of relevance and their audience’s preferences in the web and the networks travel along different paths. The proposal includes the users and the viral effect as influencing agents in the shape and selection of news, generating a news gap of interests between the media and their audiences. In order to test this model, we study an exploratory case in ElPaís.es, applying a content analysis to the information (n=420) distributed among the online front page, what is most read by the audience in its webpage, and the most viral in its Twitter account. The main objective is to check whether or not these three spheres of relevance operate independently, showing different informative interests f rom the thematic selection that the medium establishes f rom its agenda, its audience and its social networks. The results confirm that there is a gap in the informative interests of the three spheres analysed, especially between the agenda marked by the medium and the interests that are reflected in their web audience, which is more attracted to soft news and the clickbait technique; while there is a greater coincidence of interests between the newspaper’s front page and the users’ selection in their social networks.

In this paper the authors analyse the conditions of effective communication in the mentoring process. In the literature on the subject effective business communication is considered as a key to planning, leading, organizing and controlling the resources of organizations to achieve their objectives. Still, communication models in the mentoring network have not been of interest to researchers yet. The aim of this study was to identify the factors that influence the effectiveness of communication in the mentoring process. The authors created a theoretical model of communication in the mentoring process which became a basis for primary research conducted among 103 mentors and 119 mentees in Poland. It occurred that the factors influencing the effectiveness of communication in the mentoring process are similar in both groups. Next, the authors incorporated the Exploratory Factor Analysis and Cronbach’s alpha reliability test of different factors influencing the effectiveness of communication in the mentoring process. The results proved that all the developed scales demonstrated reliability above the recommended threshold. The final stage involved developing a regression model which allowed to identify the factors influencing the effectiveness of communication in the mentoring process. Those factors are: non-verbal channels and tools of communication, written and oral channels and tools of communication as well as social engagement in the mentoring process.

The success of da'wah is largely determined by the strategy chosen by the Islamic preacher. Actual and contextual da'wah is one of ways that can be chosen by Islamic preacher so that messages can effectively influence people's awareness and behavior. The aim of this study is to construct a digital da'wah strategy in the context of the millennial generation. Through a digital anthropological approach, this study explores one of the activities, namely the Shift community led by Hanan Attaki where he conducts digital da'wah with the main target of the millennial generation. To solve the problems of long shifting time and low transmission efficiency of motor transmission in unmanned electric vehicles, the performance test of motor transmission is carried out. The EMT transmission system is selected as the test object of the motor transmission of an unmanned electric vehicle. The gear number of the transmission is determined with the aim of reducing the speed requirement of the motor when the motor runs at high speed and working in the high-efficiency area near the base speed as far as possible. According to the gear speed and torque of the load motor, the driving moment and torsion moment of the drive motor in the acceleration stage are determined based on the total inertia of the drive motor and other parameters. Finally, the test bench of the motor transmission towing is set up and the test is carried out. The experimental results show that when the rated torque of the motor transmission is 100% at 1600r/min shift speed point and 150% at 1800r/min shift speed point, the minimum shift time of the motor transmission is 425ms. Meanwhile, the transmission efficiency of the motor transmission of the unmanned electric vehicle is between 90% and 92% and the transmission performance is high.

The aim of the following article is to analyze the pronunciation of Dutch surnames by Polish native speakers. The research material consists of journalistic statements from the communicative-semantic area of sport that are present in public audiovisual mass media. The selected material guarantees the high frequency of its production and the associated perception within the real acts of communication. In particular, the examination includes Dutch sounds which either do not exist in Polish or occur in a different graphical-distributional context. The exemplary research results (the mode of phonetic integration of foreign speech sounds) represent mechanisms that are interpreted in relation to typical communication models. The study also analyzes the potential placement of such phonetic forms in the target language, i.e. Polish.

Covid-19 pandemic has a significant impact on various aspects of life, both individually, organizationally and nationally. The decision of various countries in the world to do a "lockdown" in order to limit the transmission of the plague has an impact on continuity of economic wheels to education. Educational institutions began to close because of scarcity of students and difficulties in covering operational costs so that many teachers and management were laid off. For educational institutions that still survive must play a strategy to stay afloat and maintain their students able to learn, with the policy ‘Work from Home’ and ‘School from Home’. The pandemic to this day is not over yet and it is predicted that it will last long until the antivirus is found. However, in anticipation of bankruptcy, the government adopted adaptation of new habits (New Normal), habits that emphasize the implementation of health protocols in every activity. To carry out health protocols, educational institutions change the learning patterns from learning in classrooms to online learning. This has an impact on lecturers with demands to adapt quickly to existing changes. This study tries to analyze and examine the ability of lecturers to adapt learning communication models from classroom-based learning to online-based learning. With hope that this research will become a reference for the developed communication model and its application in adaptation of new habits (New Normal). The study was conducted by examining the results of previous study and in-depth interviews with lecturers to get a diverse picture so that generic conclusions can be drawn.
