The present study analyzed data collection, coding and transmission modes involved in building energy consumption monitoring platform. By analyzing and designing the functions, data collection and management of the system, data analysis and display, data monitoring and remote control, monitoring and prediction and analysis of pipe network, it proposed a design framework of the building energy consumption monitoring platform; and made a verification in the campus building energy consumption monitoring platform, which realized the real-time data collection of energy consumption monitoring and the dynamic monitoring of building energy consumption, and improved the decision level of intelligent building management.

Thetheoretical and technical problems related to the construction of an air-groundintegration land dynamic monitoring platform are discussed in the paper, andthe overall technical route and implementation plan of system platformconstruction are proposed. Firstly, the objective of platform construction isanalyzed. Then the aspects including technical route, development mode, systemstructure, and overall function of the platform construction are explained. Itis hoped that through the R&D of the platform, the modernization andscientific level of the land monitoring application can be improved, and a newtechnical support tool can be provided for the national land and resourcesmanagement Meanwhile, with the pilot platform, the application of 3S technique,space database technical in other geographic national conditions monitoringfield (including mineral resources dynamic monitoring, environmental changedynamic monitoring) is driven.

This paper describes a Human-Machine interface for rudder control system based on WinCC. This interface contains the dynamic monitoring screen for rudder control system, and it can communicate with PLC and WinCC. The Human-Machine Interface has an overview schematic of steering system, and there are five sub-screens in the overview schematic including Unit screen, Measure screen, Alarm screen, Trend screen and Table screen. The display patterns of data are virtual dashboard and curves, and it can be recoded, saved and printed. The system achieves the communication between PLC and WinCC by using OPC. Experiments demonstrated that setting up a monitoring platform for industrial production achieve a visual monitoring, data acquisition and display effectively.
